Some of the towels and bed sheets had holes and in bad shape, they should be replaced. They just raised the price of pick up and drop off to the airport. I didn't use this service because it was overpriced for the only 1Km and I walked to the airport during the daytime instead.

The room was nice and clean and the AC worked well. The bathroom was spacious and the shower had hot water. It's only a 15 min walk to the airport and it's located in a safe gated neighborhood. Breakfast was OK but was filling.

i requested airport pickup but couldn’t find the driver. not sure if that was my mistake or not. also, drinks were very expensive ($2USD for a bottle of water that cost less than half at a local store; $2USD for a can of coke).

Bunk beds weren’t put together properly and were super noisy and creaky. Our sheets had odd dirty patches.

It was convenient to get to and from the airport with their car service. It was really great to be able to store our big backpacks there when we travelled to the corn islands.

Good service for transport to Managua airport at 04:00. As a solo traveller, I felt very safe at the hotel and in the organised taxi transport to the airport.

They allow some guests to be loud outside their room very late at night. They also keep a pet monkey in a cage which is terrible. The poor monkey looks so sad and miserable. Because of this I will no longer recommend or support this property. Release the monkey!

great location and close to the airport. the hotel has private taxi and they were able to drop us off and pick us up from requested destinations for a fee. had a kitchen with hot cooked food late into the night. they had a a small selection of products for purchase. i was in dire need of feminine products and was so happy they had them on site for purchase!

We felt this was a slick operation- the cafe and front desk are open 24/7, and there was a constant taxi out front for cheap to take you to the airport in 5 mins. Staff were helpful at arranging this. Perfect for those early morning flights. Our room was really clean.

It was loud during the night when suddenly something on the property got refilled and the staff was talking. The seats in front of the rooms don’t help to avoid noises outside the rooms. Our pillowcases had a lot of wholes in it.

We have always trouble with the airport shuttle! We needed to get a regular taxi most of the time and they charge you a lot more. Iven we remind them over and over again to pick us up, did not happen.

I emailed 3 times prior to arrival in both English and Spanish informing that I had a late arrival time but got no response. I read in the reviews that the hotel accommodate late arrivals. However only for getting a lift with a fellow traveler I would've been stranded. The entrance gates were locked on arrival but my friends pick up driver called the hotel and someone came to pick me up.

The location is perfect for the airport. The room was basic but comfortable with a good shower. The staff were friendly and helpful on arrival. The breakfast was decent.
