The phone in the room was not working, everytime I needed something I had to go to the desk myself.

Service was fast, the room was very spacious and the bed was comfortable. I had speedy room service for breakfast each morning. Issues I had were resolved promptly and staff were pleasant.

I had a not so good check in as the room i booked for was out of service, surprisingly. I was made to wait well over 20mins and was even asked to pay higher if i didn't want the room that was offered to me. A Coffee machine should be a good add on to the rooms. Amenities like robe,extra towel,tissue, and in-house slippers shouldn't be made available on request. Food on menu should be available atleast majority should because almost everything I ordered wasn't available.

I loved how clean and cozy it was. The evening wine and cheese tasting is an amazing idea for guest to unwind. Staff were friendly, Rooms are clean and sizable. Bed was really comfortable. Loved the interior and the idea of the security code to get in the rooms. Location was perfect.Most certainly coming back.

Non availability of Kettle & tea items permanently in room. Although upon request, you get that provided immediately. But, would have loved to have my room with a kettle and tea items so I do not have to request everytime I want to make tea.

I love the serenity & ambiance of the hotel environment. It was quite, peaceful, comfortable and very clean; that is what I love most about my stay in any hotel . The receptionist was very receptive and had smiles all throughout our stay. I had a free room upgrade courtesy of the hotel and this absolutely thrilled me. Everything in the room was exactly as seen in the pictures. The breakfast was nice, except for the fact that I am not a fiery chilli person and therefore, could not eat the sauce I ordered with my breakfast. The proximity to my event venue was top notch; only few meters away. Could have trekked if I had wanted to but, used an Uber instead which costed me very few quids. It was absolutely a great choice. Would I stay here again? DEFINITELY YES!!!

Apart from the fact my room did not have a desk there isn’t much I could fault about my stay. I was fortunate to be able change rooms to one that had a desk.

I didn't like that check in was always a hassle for the 3 times I booked. My previous stay before the last booking hand an outstanding and by the time I came back I was informed of an unknown bill. Some front desk staff a rude and ill informed. Water wasn't working for two days they kept turning of and on due to repair. The changed the booking I had on booking.com to a suitable one from them. It was entirely a disaster. Certainly not booking them again as I've given too many tries the last experience happen to be the worse.

I liked the location. How clean the facility was and also the evening wine tasting.

I paid a damage fee of 30k on the day I checked it . I made sure I didn’t damage anything while I was in the room. But on the day I was checking out. They saw a stain on one of the bedspreads and they said that was a damage. This stain happened as a result of one of my cloths that I washed and the color faded on one of the bedspread. Not a big stain. Not even up to a size of a circle with 2cm radius . Is that a damage. How much will it cost them to buy soap and wash it off. It won’t cost them up to 2k to get that stain off. It was obvious they were looking for the tiniest thing to detect so they won’t give me back the 30,000 I paid. I had a nice time thou but I was disappointed at the ending

There needs to be a wider selection of breakfast especially the Nigerian option. The gym also needs to be more equipped .i.e. with different weight of dumbells and skipping rope. They should also consider a kids menu. Nevertheless, this hotel is fabulous.

I stayed here with my husband and two very young kids. The hotel is a beautiful boutique hotel; modern, clean and very stylish. The staffs were absolutely brilliant; they dont have a kids menu and when i complained about having to pay for breakfast for my four year old, the manager liaised with the chef and made breakfast free for my son 3 out of the 4 days we stayed there. The staff from the security guard to the receptionist to the people that served you food were friendly and always ensured that our stay was condusive. The bonus about this hotel is that you can have breakfast brought to your room for free and your ironing is also done for free. I highly recommend this hotel especially if you are coming from abroad and you want thesame standard as you will get abroad i.e. in the UK.
