You can hear the music from the rooftop at night so it’s very hard to sleep at night

The staff were so friendly and the customer service was really good. I was able to meet the manager Gina and directly contact her if I had any issues. There were a few hiccups initially but she resolved them instantly. Will definitely be staying there again

the Wifi could be better also maybe they could have a mini bar aswell as microwaves in the rooms (suggestion)

i really enjoyed the comfort coziness and elegance of the rooms...the staff were exceptional; they made feel comfortable and were very friendly they were also very helpful especially: Sidney, David, Desire from the restaurant and Emmanuella. having breakfast was really nice and there was variety. also the prime location of the hotel.

Great hotel, great design, great food... however the place could be very crowded on Sundays for the brunch and has a festive rooftop. Great place to hang around with friends !

Just the fact that the hotel is badly located and also the parking was inadequate. I will say generally the experience was good and will recommend the hotel

The breakfast was OK only a bit restricted to a few items. The breakfast area though was very comfortable and nice I would have preferred a more robust breakfast selection

The complimentary breakfast was fantastic, the view from the rooftop restaurant was great. Loved that we could just go upstairs and have a full experience of Lagos Nightlife at the Vertigo club

The worst hotel I've never lived before, everything not in order. No service, called for a bottle of water, no response after even one hour, called again, still no update. It's first time and definitely the last time to be here.

The ac in my room was not cooling at all after they try to set it, the towels were small, the bed was so hard, bedspread was too short and light slipped of the bed, no room slippers, no coffee in the room i called to request no one showed up until i left and they never pick up calling the reception from the room.

The location was great, 360 restaurant was amazing and the food, corridor design is beautiful and clean

I had an unpleasant situation in the shower while bathing, the water/ shower stopped, and I waited for 15 minutes with soap all over my body, I had to make a call to the reception and after another 20 minutes it was resolved. For the first time in my life, I got trapped in the elevator due to power cut out. Upon arrival, the security guys at the gate were very rude.

The staff at the front desk were very polite and courteous, especially Nelly. The rooms were clean and spacious.

Too much noise of party at night from the top roof And the ground floor not welcoming with little space at the reception. No parking space . And the complimentary breakfast did not cover the two guest , which wasn’t clear on the advert. We were given single towel as a couple. And no toilet roll. And one small bottle of water for a the two guest . Room service food order wasn’t presented well. It was delivered on a take away plastic plate. TV stations where not clear. Very distorted image .
