too noisy, from the stairs to the outside noise, the gardener staring work at 6 am and a loud fryer noise from 7pm to 11pm (maybe from the kitchen)

There was no concierge service , so i had to pull my things in myself without any help.

Cleaner bathroom doors, more variety of channels to watch on the TV.

Excellent stay, unexpected surprise in regards to the overall quality of the stay. Having access to Circa restaurant as room service was definitely a very nice touch. Facilities were overall very clean could have taken extra care on the bathroom doors. The beds were fabulous, firm but still soft the bedding was exceptionally clean, very well made with 100% tight woven cotton sheets so very soft to the skin and perfect for hot weather, although the AC was fantastic with absolutely no issues so just added to the overall comfort of the room. The complimentary breakfast was also a nice touch. Aside from the bathroom door the only qualm would be not enough variety on the TV as there were only three watchable channels also I received about three calls in the morning, which I found out was for the complimentary breakfast but was slightly inconvenienced being that I was still asleep when the first call was made and was in a meeting when the others were made. Overall would definitely recommend and the WIFI was also strong and consistent.

The Air conditioner was leaking and had a little hole on the wall, lotion finished though they refilled after I called.

The downside is that the hotel does not live up to the photos at all. Don't get fooled by the photos because I'm sure the photos were taken at opening of the hotel. I'm sad to have to post this review since the staff were very kind. I found many issues with the facilities which were not well taken care of and to be honest I don't think it's worth the price. First of all is bedbugs (which was reported but I was only transferred rooms the second time of reporting), second is many midge larvae in tap water (this was also dealt with the next day), cracked room walls, scratched walls, broken wardrobe, spotted sheets, mold in the bathroom, broken hot water (fixed after 3rd time of reporting), small cockroach, bathroom not cleaned well even after room service (my hair and cockroach from previous day still remained which makes me doubt the training the team receives for cleaning the room). Rooms are also very dark, and is supported by one strong lamp which needs to be balanced dangerously above the head board to be able to properly see in the room at night. Overall it's been a pretty stressful stay, trying to watch out for bedbugs, midge larvae and having to call the reception several times to be able to take a shower and addressing the issues several times.

The breakfast made by the restaurant next door (Circa) is great! I really looked forward to it. Although it only opens from 7:30AM, and you'll need to make sure you put your order because it's not a buffet. If found the bed mattress to be extremely comfortable. The customer care and the people were really kind, very understanding and attentive. Personally, I also liked the aesthetic of the lounge area which is peaceful. Thank you for the team for allowing many changes in my reservation (change of dates), I'm really grateful.

Some of the staff is unpleasant. My door was broken (seems it's been like that a while). The air con didn't keep the room cold - only the part where it was blowing. The early morning phonecalls from front office are a No No from me. I am on holiday I don't need to be woken up early, rather take breakfast orders the night before. There's a hairdryer in the bathroom but the connection doesn't fit???

The decor of the facilities, the bar, the place is well-kept. My room was cleaned so nicely, my clothes were ironed to perfection.
