I have to use a c-pap for breathing while I'm asleep. The interruption of power during the evening and at night wakes me up every time the power goes out. One night in particular the hotel lost power 3 times.

The breakfast was delicious, but the restaurant was a bit small.

Not being able to make meal selections at dinner as your preference is ridiculous. You cannot force someone who is vegetarian to select a protein if they are a vegetarian in this 21st century!! I was forced to pay for 3 entrees one night just because i needed to have some rice with my meal!!

I had to pay first before my spouse could eat, the impression from the staff that all lodgers are crooks is a bad generalisation. The bathroom failed to dispense hot water, we could not wash up properly. Spoons and milk not served in the room. What is happening to Rollace please?

It took me more than 25 minutes to get confirmed with my bookings with booking.com. I later found out that because my rate was cheaper than the seller rate of the room at the reception, they wanted me to cancel. That's not professional enough. The receptionist was so confused and was busy making calls and pressing her calculator. In an attempt to make me cancel from bookings.com, I insisted I be given the same rate as listed on my bookings.

breakfast: spaghetti and corned beef sauce - a bit surprising, but no scrambled and/or boiled egg and butter with the bread, which I would have expected for a hotel of this class. In booking.com breakfast was listed as „included“: however, I have been told by hotel staff that it was only included for 1 person, i.e. NGN 4‘000 to be paid extra for the 2nd person. In the context of a double room this is surprising and not something one would expext when reading the booking.com description. Contrarily to the claim in booking.com and during the time of my stay there was no airport pickup offered by the hotel

This hotel would be a 5 star for me if they could change 2 things which really disappointed me . firstly there was no consistent hot water and on a lot of occasions I had to bath with water that was barely lukewarm. i complained several times but gave up after several times as I felt it may be a building issue and there was no quick fix for it . I was told the only way I could manage this was to call in the morning so the hot water could be reset.The breakfast was cold by the time I came at 9.50am. If only the could find a way to keep it hot this would have made it a very good experience for me I will definitely return again if the manager confirms that the above can be sorted thanks D O

This is by far the best hotel with regards to room size and Morden deco. it was absolutely spotless and the bed was a delight .The reception staff were exceptional. I must specifically mention Grace, Joy, Sylvia , Itoro and the porter Promise. I am sure others were just as good but I interacted with these staff. They always had a smile on their face and were very willing to help and would actually go out of their way to help

Choices of inclusive breakfast were limited, no varieties of food and you then have to buy your own fruit juice. Also, the shower curtain could do with being in the bath tub rather than out of it as it makes water splashes on the floor.

Bed and mattress was comfortable, room was spacious, good air conditioning system. Towels were clean and big enough to wrap round. Services were swift. Good car parking area. Would recommend it to friends and family.

I was disappointed in the breakfast array….the hotel didn’t put the consideration of healthy challenged individuals. Smaller hotels take this into consideration at least (someone with diabetes for instance wouldn’t be able to feed during breakfast) Some of their staff (especially the kitchen staff) are quite rude over the phone. The fridge should be cleaned at least. I ordered for food and was told I had to pay before the food would be brought for room service😳😳😳 On my last morning there was a series of maintenance work going on in the morning. I couldn’t sleep and even after complaining to the front desk, the noise continued till I checked out. Lastly, I called the number shown on the web as the contact number on the day of my arrival to let them know I would be arriving late as my emails weren’t responded to, finally the person picked up while I was at the reception and I asked if that was Rollace hotel (is called at least 5 times), and the person answered in the negative only for her to send me the hotel’s reservation line🤦‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️

The choices for breakfast were not what I’d expected. I loved the room size and the fact that wall sockets were all over the room. The bathroom is big and neat (I don’t usually use the shower curtains of hotels as they are usually dirty but the one in the room I stayed in was clean)

A little noisy in the evening as our room was close to the pool which becomes something of a music space in the evening.

Breakfast was ok. Lunch in the afternoon was very tasty. Location is very good for the international airport and the commercial district of Ikeja but is a fair distance from Victoria Island and Ikoyi for art galleries and the best restaurants.
