We were satisfied with our stay.

We enjoyed the spacious room and the pool. There’s 3 restaurants on the premises, so there was no need to leave to buy food. Also, the Chinese food was good and the breakfast was too.

I didn't like that the toilet in the room we stayed in didn't have a window. It did have an extractor to compensate however, a toilet without a window for natural air doesn't sit well with me. Their ocean 5 restaurant was way too pricey. After 2 days of eating in the more affordable asian restaurant, i had to source for food from other restaurants.

The location was perfect for the meetings and events i had around the area. Choice of restaurants within the hotel was also a plus. The rooms were clean and sizeable. The staff courteous and ready to assist whenever needed.

The pool area was under repair work so we couldn't go. I wish I could enjoy the H2O and the pool as the weather was sunny. The food is tasty but really expensive. Wifi code is for the room only, once you exit from there, no Wi-Fi. I asked for the WiFi at the reception, never got the code. The staff should know this information instead of asking each time to management because it takes time. There are no mosquitos nets.

Staff is professionnal and nice Rooms are well furnished and decoration is nice. There is enough space, beds are confortable. The area is quiet. Breakfast is good but at the opening hour 7:00am everything should be ready. Netflix and YouTube are on the TV.

It's not a walkable distance to most stores and eateries. The food available on site is very expensive. We ordered Chapman from the fine dining on site. The portion served is like half a glass. There is no lift, we had to keep climbing stairs . Room only had shower and no bath. Water is too cold or hot.

The hospitality , had my breakfast packed for me before stepping out. Location was second to none. Parking lot was quite spacious and easily accessible. Would be nice to establish more of Rivera in other part of Lagos or Nigeria.

The water is not clean inside the restroom. I suggest to change menu's each day for breakfast. Breakfast menu should be label for those who did not eat pork. The hotel should provide slippers as the flooring is cold and the toiletries should cater for two pax instead of one. I have to buy extra toothbrush for my fiance

All the staff are friendly. Expecially the lady at the counter. The room is spacious and bed is comfy. Room service is prompt whenever we asked for help. WiFi connection is excellent inside the room

There's no 'regular' room service, only fine dinning. Very expensive fine dining for someone who is just looking for a quick meal after a long trip. Good thing that the hotel is right off Adeola Odeku, so there are many feeding options. The complimentary breakfast was bland.

It was nice and quite. I was able to get my work done, and I rested well at the end of the day. I requested a wake up call, and I got it - right on time as well.

the owner was open to suggestions like having shower mats to avoid slipping, as well as outside when it rains.

The hotel was nice, the rooms without balcony have small windows, enough light. the staff very cordial and helpful. owners presence makes a difference. several places to eat inside the premise. the restaurant ocean5 is excellent. we were pleasantly surprised since the break fast and other cafeterias are very modest. the Pool was empty. great location. safe close parking. wifi provided
