The staff especially the manager (Olumide) was exceptional in handling our disappointment upon arrival. When we arrived, we discovered they tried to reach us earlier to confirm our reservation but could not get through to us so they had given out the room before our arrival. But the manager was able to manage the situation very well and gave us another room which was bigger and cost more. But had us pay same old price we booked online for the smaller room. That was an exceptional service, and in fact exceeded our expectations.

The desks in the room were not properly cleaned. Marks of drink from maybe, previous occupant. There was a leakage in the washroom. The water from the shower had a very unpleasant odor. Walking from the carpark or the reception to the poolside, there is a foul smell. I think a bit more care and attention is needed to keep the facility attractive.

The staff were very helpful. Olumide, Mercy, Kelvin and one other guys at the front desk were all very helpful. Mercy was exceptional. I was upgraded to a more spacious room. The team made every effort to resolve my challenges.

There food is rubbish and am always chewing SAND on the food. The girls are something else and very rude, they are always Jealous when am with a girl.

1. Receptionist - Take her time to do what she likes, telling me she do not understand how i was able to book, where did you book, we are fully booked. It was when i told her I will complain at booking.com, she now told me to wait let her check if she can get a room. 2. Waited 45min before they gave me 1 small room 3. POS machine, not working, you have to transfer to their account. God help you if you dont have data or bank transfer did not get to them on time. You will wait for confirmation before you can check in. 1 guy was there for the whole 45 minutes I was waiting just for confirmation b4 he could enter his room. 4. The room was so tight and small that i could not sit on the chair to romove my shoes due to no room. 5. Nearly fail on the small bathroom as there was water all over the floor. It was in the morning after my bath, that i confirmed it was splases from the prevoiys room occupant. Meaning the room was not cleaned well after he checked out. 6. Room was smelling- insenticide and horrible air freshner. That i have to spray my perfume to be able to sleep. 7. I cannot pay for N30,000 for that class of room, infact i cannot stay in that room for free, but they collected N56,700 from me for a higher room online and gave me cubicle. I only slept there as I was too tired as i have been driving all the day and it was late to start looking for another hotel. 8. Entrance to the main gate is too small, you have to really maneuver well otherwise yiubwill scrape you car on the culvert. 9. Toilet was too close to washing basin that you have to seat sideways to use it. 10. See pictures. Wish i can upload videos.

First, I waited 45mins before they could find one small tight and not too clean room for me. According to thw receptionist: The hotel is over booked and i drove 45min to get there. A room they finally gave me was below standard as i believe it is of a lower class than i the one i saw and booked online. I have stayed in Preskan Hotels in Ikeja, Lekki (2 different location), Airport road and was highly disappointed with this one because the services and room was below the standard I have known about the Preskan Franchise. I will not stay here agian no recommend it. It was so bad I had to do a video, unlike me. I wonder why a right thinking man will design such i small tight room at such rate.

The beds were firmer than what I prefer.

The breakfast was omelettes, toast and a side. They needed a little bit of variety. But the breakfast was always great. And they bring it up to your room, if you like.

The location address, it was difficult to locate the place without asking around.

It was totally way above my expectation, everything was satisfying including breakfast. It was top notch. Although the address to get there is quite complicated. Overall I’ll give it a 9. Great place.
