The front desk staff could be more cordial and less snubbish. Found it odd that a front desk officer of a hotel could care less of the concerns of a patron even when it means the customer walking away. Not all issues can be resolved by a front desk officer but the approach and candour will make a difference.

It could help if lifts are installed as having to climb several flights of stairs on numerous occasions per day can be stressful. Likewise, the breakfast choices were limited and could be improved upon in a lot of ways. Both in quantity and quality. It would be nice if the hotel can rotate their meals, especially for lodgers staying over several days.

The hotel was neat and close to several needed facilities and the city centre. The staff, especially Mr Joshua and Jerry, were really helpful and friendly. We could hardly hear any noise from our hotel room. It was overall a lovely stay. We will surely recommend this hotel to anyone.

Was looking forward to using the swimming pool but was put off due to the exposed residential buildings situated above the pool area. Would have been ideal if the pool had a marquee for privacy.

Too many staircase steps. Some staffs were a bit slow and unresponsive in some instances when attending to certain complaints or requests but this doesn't take away from the general efforts made towards giving guests a good stay.

I really liked the room. The room is quite spacious with a very nice bed, comfortable couch, very nice TV set placed with good interior decoration, there is generally good and calming aesthetics about the room, bathroom is also very spacious and comfortable with a well functioning heater, comfortable dinning setting also in the room and then a very lovely balcony with a view and before I forget the air-conditioning was perfect. Also thumbs up to the front desk team and I liked the touch of follow up on customer experience by the team ( We received a call from a staff to confirm we were well taken care of, much appreciated).

They don’t have lift. My reserved room was not ready at my arrival so my wife and I had to wait for an hour in the reception before the room was ready for check in. . There was no steady Wi-Fi

You can get lost trying to find your way within the hotel building without assistance from the staff. The internal architecture of the building is unnecessarily confusing and frustrating.

Facilities were clean and neat. Staff were warm and polite; a staffer named Chidinma was particularly very hospitable and helpful.
