Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomI was told that breakfast was included but was not told that only one person was entitled to it, the menu prices presented in folders in the rooms were outdated. It needs urgent change.
The decor was good, presentation was very good, it was clean, staff were very friendly and helpful and the food was delicious. Everything you needed in a 4 star hotel room was available. They have good security in place 24 hours. There aren't many restaurants in the area so not much choice. Transport to the town was easier by taxi and could be got easily. Take a trip to wusi Market for bargains. Bolt a transport company is better and they accept cash. Airport taxi are expensive so if you have someone to pick you up it's better. It should cost between N 9 to N10 to the Airport. Trips to local areas are around N1 to N1.5 There are local shops and supermarkets within walking distance prices are higher but you can get everything you need. Local attractions include Jabi Lake Mall, wonder park for families. There are several historical buildings if you get a tour guide. Places to visit , Streams of joy international Church and Dunamis church. There's a large Mosque with gold Dome. Enjoy your stay.

The staff were absolutely fantastic. Very friendly and welcoming and made the stay worth while. I booked the deluxe suite but unfortunately it wasn’t available on check in. The manager was helpful in finding a solution.

NigeriaFor the first time ever, i decided to book a room with breakfast included. I even made enquiries about the time slots for breakfast and the receptionist didn't seem to know. Anyways, breakfast time next morning, I went downstairs and settled in to eat, only to be told that I wasn't entitled to any breakfast. I was livid! It was later cleared but i had lost my appetite and Abby interest in the so called breakfast itself. I ordered a take out.
The location is perfect. A stone's throw to my business meeting venue. I like the fact that it's also close to pubs and restaurants and supermarkets. Quite nice actually.
