- Cockroaches in the Hotel, in the corridor especially - Breakfast is not all properly organised seems more of a 2-star hotel. No proper chef seems someone with basic cooking knowledge has been kept there. - Last day checkout , some minor issue which could have been resolved easily but the manager and the team were doing internal meeting rather than caring about the customer standing, eventually paid up out of frustration had to leave for the airport.

There's a lot of room for improvement in their customer service. I had to call room service a few times before I was given drinking water and tea (these were supposed to be provided upon check in/or even before). Finally got these on the second day.

Liked the rooms, it's set up similarly to a shortlet apartment (bedroom, sitting room, kitchenette, and a bathroom). My room had a view of the lagoon so I put the balcony to good use just sitting there and watching the water.

- Someone already commented on this, the (fire?) alarm disturbed me in morning and assuming this issue has not been resolved. - Breakfast was kinda easy grab food and I didn’t find it a good quality. Skipped it on the second morning. - It’s not really a thing you can do something, but the hotel is located in front of the one of the main roads in Victoria island, so noises coming from cars disturbed my sleep.

Quality of room is good for the price, the pool side restaurant serves proper Lebanese meals in a beautiful environment.

I do not like the restaurant Salma’s . The staff are always friendly, however the inside facility is always freezing. I used to enjoy the menu but it has changed and is rather basic. The food that is offered is food that I can easily get in the States. And my cards never work! I always have to get my husband to do a transfer.

The property had a nice upgrade that I wasn’t expecting since my last visit. The property is always clean and neatly maintained. Attempts made to upgrade facility are appreciated

Trash cans need an upgrade, they were rusty and dingy. Shower drains very slowly. It is not non smoking, I kept smelling cigarettes and weed.

The smoke alarm kept disrupting my peace. Perhaps my room was too close to it. I guess someone was smoking in their rooms that wasn't supposed to. I called the front desk at first as i didn't understand what the alarm was for and he explained it's a smoke alarm and apologized for the inconvenience. Also, there were cockroaches in my toilet. I would wake up in the morning and find those annoying small ones. I killed a couple two mornings in a row. The first morning I saw and killed a couple, I thought the cleaning staff will see the dead roaches and sort of fumigate but it happened again the next day. Perhaps, I'd suggest leaving camphor in the toilets? Might help. Lastly the TV kept freezing while I was watching any show or programme (So i didn't quite enjoy that amenity even with their impressive 56 channels)

Size of room was unexpected. It's huge. Loved it. Breakfast was lovely, It's a buffet with a choice of local cuisine and if you wanted, get some sort of English breakfast (choice of eggs, sausage, mushrooms, toast and tea). Location was perfect for me. Close to the areas I had business/events in. Made great sense. I especially loved the pool area overlooking the sea... Always found it relaxing to sit out after breakfast and breath.

Breakfast was not as expected, and a little letdown. Not enough toilet paper.

I like the sizes of the rooms, that was great. The excellent location and the Salmas and Cactus Restaurants close to the hotel were top-notch. However, the staff made every effort to assist us if we needed anything and was very friendly and ready to assist. Has great views and the aircon works. I did feel safe to be there. and it is close to visiting places if needed. Clean bathroom and shower.

A little disappointed that we had to walk outside in the rain to get to the restaurant. Seems as if there should be a connection to avoid this for customers who are staying at the hotel. Huge inconvenience!

The staff are okay but can be more professional. For someone who has tasted good meals, breakfast can be better otherwise everything was okay.

The Manager showed empathy and allowed us checked out later than the hotel checked-out time due to our flight schedule. The sea view from the back is so beautiful. You have 3 choices of food from 3 affiliate restaurants in one building. Location is central. The room has a sleeping section, living room area and kitchen section which exceeded our expectations.
