Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomI didn't like the fact the staff at the underground car park had to put on ties and tuck in their shirt, that place is very hot and they are at an increased of heat stroke. I feel it is inhumane. They can wear light clothings , may be a short and T shirt customised with the hotel logo and if possible a lanyard on for ID.
Breakfast was really good, very good staff, I can remember Mr Wale, Ms Olivia, Ms Loveth, Mr Odedele, Mr Linus and also Mr Gbenga at the reception.

United KingdomThe rooms are a little smaller than similar hotels in the area and considering the Marriot is the more expensive option in the Ikeja GRA area, this was a bit of a disappointment. Also, I chose to stay here instead of another hotel as I was hoping the Marriot, as the newer hotel would be nicer. It isn’t. It is clear that considerable money has been spent but maintenance has not been great. The toilet seat and wash basin had stains in them as did the bath tub. All in all, it’s in my opinion a nice hotel but not for the price point.
The lobby and the staff at the Lagos Marriot Hotel Ikeja are the wow factor. The staff are incredibly courteous especially the housekeeping team. A real customer oriented team. They always provided fresh towels before you asked which was really convenient. The bar in the lobby area was also lovely especially for a nice cup of tea and muffins.

Even near pool you have open bar but customer can't enjoy their drink and smoke together. Internet is big mess even you pos is also not working for payment we have to go down to your lobby to the connection.

IranI'd like to provide some feedback regarding the service during my stay, particularly in Idapo Lounge. On multiple occasions, I experienced delays in the service provided by the waitstaff. It often took quite some time for them to come and take our orders, and the food orders themselves would take nearly 45 minutes to be ready. This was not an isolated incident; it happened more than three times, not only to me but also to my colleagues. I would recommend providing training for the waitstaff to enhance their customer service and approach to guests."
