Rooms are old, need to be refreshed. Bath was dirty, you don't want to use it. Bed linens are not very good quality, not comfy pillow or duvet. Curtains are not blocking light very well. Windows are sooooo dirty you'd think there is fog outside. Bad smell in the hotel globally. Amenities are so cheap, you'll prefer to bring your own shower gel, shampoo etc really a shame when you pay such a high price. Gym is well equiped but so small for a hotel that size it's hard to understand. Always loud music on the terrace by the pool, so loud you can't even give a call, people can't hear you, you can't hear them. Breakfast space lacks natural light. Huge buffet but very low quality food, they'd rather do less but better quality. Coffee is TERRIBLE... I don't understand how you can serve such bad coffee in a hotel that expensive. It's not that complicated to put nespresso machines these days. No coffee machine in the room, no herbal tea. You can see that they are trying to save money on everything which globally really downgrades the overall experience and is discorrelated with the very high price. Doesn't worth it...

Check in and check out quick, but didn't receive the invoice so still have to chase them... Very soft towels in the gym. Nice team. There seems to be filtered water in the bathroom which is always appreciated.

Dirty curtains, filthy windows, stains on the furnitures and walls from previous guests shower did not have hot enough water for the price they charge I expected more attention to detail

No one helped us carry our things to the room. I will like to believe it was a one-off though and not usual for the hotel

While checking out, the bill was incorrect. The staff member however fixed the problem right away. The exchange rate for cash exchange is rediculous. While the banks give 1500 at this moment, the hotel would give 900 Naira for one euro. I know it's not a hotels primairy function, but it would have helped me to get a normal price. Now I had to go to an exchange.

After staying at some other places in Lagos, this was a relieve. A relative clean place with good facilities. Most of the staff is very friendly. Nice pool and lots of beautifull views over Lagos. Next time we are in Lagos we will skipp the other places and go here directly.

Food tends to run out before the breakfast finishes at 11am. Sometimes, the staff are reluctant to refil closer to the finishing time.

Sadly our first Night was a nightmare, we were told we couldn’t check in due to some group of people refusing to check out . The lady attending to us did say they will check us into another hotel which is a 5 star , that didn’t happen , we got dropped off VCP , nothing compare to what we paid for . I had to kick a fuss about the room , the manager changed the room from double to a junior suit , we have so much complaints but that is not the hotel I paid for initially . The following day the driver did not come to pick us up and take us back to the continental hotel , the good thing is we had a car hire for the duration of time we stayed there . We demanded to speak to the general manager but that did not happen till we left for the UK. As much as we liked the hotel , I believe customer services skills is lacking to an extent. We made our reservation since July 2023 and still had issues on our first night .

The ambience was nice. The room was beautiful , spacious and very clean room . Emaka from house keeping was a star .

The AC was broken and we ended up waking up the kids to move at 2am. Some form of compensation should have been given.

The breakfast was ok but not sure it was with my money. There was a huge variety but most of the food was too salty for my palate. Waited quite a bit for the yam to be refilled

One of Lagos newer hotels so still looks new. Spacious, breakfast and dinner buffet were very good with lots of choice. Chinese restaurant on 2nd floor not to be missed. Rooms were adequate. Very nice pool and gym area. Lots of space with plenty of room to relax. Would definitely stay here again
