The shower pressure is slow, and it needs more pressure.

I like the hospitality Ibrahim gave to us. he's always ready to help even in the middle of the night when we need to transfer our luggages he made himself available by helping to transfer our luggage. I recommend Ibrahim as a very good staff member and give him 5 stars

They should give the compound a little touch especially the generator's side.

Ibrahim is a wonderful staff, the manager is not bad too and the other guy. All the staff are very respectful. The rooms are spacious beyond my expectations.

The only thing I didn't like was pressure in the shower. Water in the toilet was OK, and the sink was barely enough for brush, but pressure in the shower was not enough. I had to collect water to the bucket for half an hour, and then i was able to clean my gems. For a day or two, no problem, but if someone wants to stay for a longer period, that can be an issue.

Perfect location , quiet and safe place , close to airport and to Allen Ave where you can find many ATMs, restaurants , clubs , day and night life 100%... The room was very good , AC , tv , comfortable bed, and backup generator when power cut from the main line. I could pay through paypal for my stay, which in my case was great as I arrived in Nigeria with no Naira in my pocket.

I wasn't satisfied with the bathroom. It was clean and there wasn't any major issue, but some of the amenities need maintenance.

I liked the fact that the rooms were very comfortable. And the presence of an inverter and generator meant I didn't have issues with light or the heat. The rooms were the right sizes, clean and had the necessary things to make my stay a good one.It was really a home away from home.

The parlour only shows big brother and African magic, which are both rated 18 and are not suitable for children. Most guests had kids, and so did we. I complained, but i was told the station could not be changed. However, another day, it was on CNN by night it was back to those useless stations. It really made our stay very uncomfortable. Our TV in the room was the same, so throughout our 3 weeks, we could not put on the TV. There were days without light. It was uncomfortable but understandable. There are no standards of operation. So the cleaning of the room is only on request and I don't like complaining so I just cleaned my room myself. Until my husband noticed. Same thing with the laundry. Not nice for introverted people.

It's a very homey place. The kitchen was always clean, and the staff was polite. The parlour and reception are always open, in case of boredom. They listen and correct anything that needs work (may not happen immediately but eventually). Honestly, it's the little things that make this place a nice place, and it's the little things that make it look awful. Choice of paint colour or wallpaper, light colour. Lack of gym facilities and little things. But what they have is friendly staff, an air of peace and quiet, the kitchen access and an area with loads of street food for night cravings.

The hotel is old and slightly dilapidated with a somewhat bad maintenance culture. My bathtub and bathroom mirror were so dirty that I couldn't even take a shower before checking out the next day. There was a major issue with the WC plumbing system in my bathroom and the reception guy told me to fetch water and flush the toilet manually even though I had health complications. Worst of all, I was asked to check out after my first night lodging as the manager informed me that they were not capable of handling my health issues. He refunded my outstanding balance without any hesitation.

The manager is a calm and cool headed gentleman that tries his best to sort out customer complaint issues. The light is fairly okay as they had an inverter and generator as back up to erratic electricity supply.

I can’t speak on my stay because I made my bookings, called even and on my check in date and time, I was locked out of the premise. Called the number, honked yet no response. I had to find another hotel to lodge as I was already stranded. Very very very bad experience. I will advise anyone looking to lodge with them to always have a plan B as they might disappoint you

I did not like the fact that the double bed offering turned out to be a single bed. 2. That I had not hot water in my bathroom, because the heater stopped working.

Self serving kitchen. I like the fact that I could cook for myself.
