We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

The apartment is one of the best there is! it is located in a very serene area and it is away from all the noise and traffic of Lagos. It is a good place to relax and get away from all the stress. The facility is top notch and it lives up to its name being Cozy. The Staff is top notch also, always ready to attend to your needs at any time. Lovely place with lovely Staff!

The apartment was in fact cozy. We especially LOVED the location - It was serene and secure, the power was steady, and the host was pleasant and helpful.

NigeriaPoor customer's service. No visible welcome. All communications were through phone. The apartment was not cleaned prior to our arrival. We have to request for a cleaner. Even then it was it was not properly cleaned. No, insecticide. Cockroaches were on the floor on arrival. Mosquito bites, we ran out of cooking gas barely 10 minutes into cook. Agent refused to meet with guests. My experience was awful. The property is not bad but poorly managed.

NigeriaRegarding my stay. It went well. A few things I have to say need your attention. 1. For the price being paid. Wifi is supposed to be there. There was none. 2. The room needs stuff like bottle water that guests can at least have. Issue here is an estate that is in a conner not easy to find by delivery men. 3. The shower head needs to be fixed. It's just a rope holding it. Can easily remove. 4. Hot water doesn't work. I feel this few things can help improve your place better and rating as well. 5. Furniture's could be improved for a big space like that

NigeriaAbsence of basic things like toiletries, bathing towel and even floor towel made me ask myself if the host is new to apartment business.☹️ Power supply wasn’t the best at all. There were several moments without power, sometimes the generator is out off and turned on later. it’s important such key aspects are mentioned so one knows what experience to expect in an apartment he’s paying for.
