The room was quite old and not very clean. You have to go all around the hotel and the Hilton before reaching the sea.

The room was big with a tub and a kitchen.

There was not much light in the room and the kitchen did not have a sponge or tea towel for the dishes.

The studio was spacious and clean. The hotel was close to the beach and shops. Price was value for money. We had dinner at the Entrecote revolving restaurant, food was good and view was fantastic. Enjoyed our stay.

Bed was extremely uncomfortable, springs coming out of the mattress. It was not addressed by the staff. The solution I was offered was to sleep on one side or the other of the king sized bed to avoid the springs. I checked in on the weekend and was told to let the manager know on Monday if it still bothered me. I told them it would still bother me on Monday and I would like a solution. No other solution was ever offered. Also, I missed my mid-week cleaning day and one was never rescheduled despite me asking the receptionist. I had to ask for a change of towels by physically returning my used ones in the evening? In exchange for a fresh pair from the front desk. Hotel restaurants have very limited hours of service. As the least of the issues, pool towels provided are tiny.

The free wifi was a bit unreliable and the view of the horse track not as nice as an ocean view, but depends on the room you get.

The rooms are well appointed with everything you need, including a kitchenette. The staff are friendly and helpful, the onsite restaurants and bars are good and its in an excellent location, very central.

No direct access to the main street. Had to walk around the block in the dark. Room was clean but looked old and not really cosy. Furnitures (sofa and chairs) not comfortable. Tiny bathroom. In addition, we had fire alert in the morning. Fake or not we didn't know as not one staff came to advise us when we went down the 17th stairs to the entry hall.

View (17e) and Location near main street.

I had read some questionable reviews but this accommodation was still wildly disappointing - luckily we were only here for a one night stopover before our early flight. The facilities were extremely dated and dirty - in our room the furniture was mostly stained, the vinyl floorboards were loose and mismatched (our toddler got his toe caught), amenities functioning but outdated and soft furnishings had obviously not been replaced in decades. The pool area was really misrepresented but the photos - small, entirely in the shade for the majority of the day and again very tired looking. The accommodation was extremely overpriced in my opinion and I wouldn’t recommend anyone staying here for longer than a stopover - the staff were lovely though.

The staff at reception were lovely and welcoming. Our room was spacious.

There was no direct access to the main street that goes to the beach and you needed to go around and walk in the sun for 10-15 minutes just to go around the corner. Was a bit dated, but not a major thing

We didn't stay long enough to find many negatives. I'd say the bathrooms were a bit small, and the showers hard to access.

Staff were great! Friendly, funny and helpful. The revolving restaurant was a highlight, and reasonably priced. Steaks cooked to perfection, and unlimited fries! The sports bar was good for a few afternoon cocktails.

The staff were not helpful at all ,any information we tried to get from reception was answered with a shrug . The iron in our room was broken , the toilet flush button kept falling off and into the toilet.

Sports bar did not always have food available, breakfast or lunch and there were no signs or staff did not let you know when it was not available, so bad luck if you wanted something to eat .

The room was very dark and the lighting inadequate. There is a kitchenette but, again, inadequate lighting and no tea towel. If you are staying less than a week, there is no servicing of the room - we had to keep asking for more toilet paper and coffee because it's not regularly re-stocked. There's no milk provided for coffee - you have to ask at the bar for a cup of milk. The cups in the room are very small; mugs would be useful. Location wise, it's quiet and most activities offer hotel pick-up. It's about a 30-45 min drive from the airport but you can book a shuttle (not for free, by the way). It's a LONG walk to a supermarket and the local restaurants are about a 10 minute walk away. DO NOT eat at the hotel's revolving restaurant (360) it was an horrific experience and the movement of the room gives you motion sickness (which I don't normally ever suffer from). There's no room service so you have to either try to see what you're cooking, go to the bar or go out to eat. NB full meals are not always on offer at the bar, either. The pool area isn't great and there's next to no shade poolside if you want to relax outside but not fry yourself. Overall, I expected more but I guess you get what you pay for.

The staff are friendly and speak good English. The bed was comfortable and the water pressure for the shower was good. Although a bit of a walk, there are some 'nearby' restaurants which were good. The air-conditioning was a Godsend. Meals at the bar were okay.

The Bed and Pillows are not comfortable and the Curtains was difficult to open and close. The trees blocking our balcony view from the 3rd floor.

Ramada Hotel & Resort was very welcoming, polite and helpful when needed. The staff assisted us very good and was really good they spoke English. The Sports Bar and outdoor area is where we spent time enjoying our lovely breakfast, lunch and Dinner by the poolside. The Pool was perfect way to cool down and well looked after. Our Room had everything equipped with what we needed with a functional kitchen n good size fridge. Also bonus having an Air Con and Big Size Bed to relax and sleep after big day exploring.

The room was nice enough but a closer look left me feeling like I didn't get value for money. The room was quite expensive I felt and although renovated, it retained a lot of dated features. For example the dark stained wood trim and vanity in the bathroom was quite dated and all stained and varnished surfaces were constantly sticky - the bathroom vanity showed outlines of previous items that had been placed there. The bed was a king, so nice and large, but it was worn and visibly saggy. The room was equipped with a heat pump but it was clearly aging with a fan that was quite noisy. It was also overdue a clean, with visible mould growing in it. I assume due to covid, they will not clean if you stay for less than a week, and clean once if staying longer. I wasn't told when they would clean and when they did, only the bath mat was replaced. I can only assume because this was left on the floor. None of the toiletries were replenished either, and the kitchen seemed to have been cleaned with the hand towel I took from the bathroom as no tea towel was provided in the kitchen. This was left with brightly coloured stains on it for the rest of my stay. I was very annoyed to find that there were no options for dinner on Sunday night. The 360 restaurant was stated that it was closed on Sunday dinner but that the bar is open until 2230 for dinner. It wasn't and the front desk advised that maybe I should order a pizza. This was very disappointing given the lack of warning and the size of the hotel. Overall the room was alright but ramada was meet down by a lack of presentation and service. Given the price, I didn't feel I got great value at all and I would choose to stay somewhere else should I look at visiting again.

The location was a reasonably short walk to the beach and there was a great view from the 15th floor, even though it was over the race course. There was free parking and a generous free WiFi allowance - much more than what was posted on the welcome note. Possibly due to the room I booked though? Overall it was a pleasant room and a nice place to base myself for the week but as you'll see from my other comments, I wouldn't choose to stay here again.

Room was run down, gloomy with lights that didn't work and shower didn't work particularly well either. Room is barely serviced and the 'kitchenette' has so few utensils and cooking equipment you can't really cook. Freezer doesn't work in fridge. These rooms need some real work in order to be ready for guests. Disappointing for the price.

Location was fine, safe but not particularly quiet. Nice balcony, pity there were fewer chairs than booked occupants of the room.
