Slightly better kitchen facilities would have been more ideal and a proper double bed not two singles pushed together

The staff were super friendly and the bar and pool was lovely! So easy to walk everywhere from the location too

There were some issues with the elevator during our stay. We were situated next to the elevator doors so it was loud at times.

The property was in a great location, close to the beach and popular restaurants. Rooms were nice and clean, and staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Rooms need an update. Linen needs replacing - while clean, bathroom linen is very thin and no longer crispy white. Same with sheets. Pillows need replacing - were a miss match of comfort and shapes. New mattresses are needed as these ones sink in the middle. ‘Large’ bed was in fact two singles pushed together. Plug was missing from sink, fan not working in bathroom. Only net curtains in lounge so nothing to stop light coming through although there is a track for heavy curtains. Sofa was a bit uncomfortable. Hotel is rated 3 stars and that would be about right.

Great location with an easy walk to beach, restaurants and shops. We had a one bedroom sea view room on 16th floor with nice big balcony. Apartment was spacious, good air conditioning, had everything you needed, fully equipped kitchen, laundry and was nice and clean. Nice pool area with restaurant/sports bar where breakfast is also available. Has a rooftop restaurant, library, gym. Nice friendly staff and apartment was serviced daily.

Elevator was weird sometimes

Nice sized rooms with kitchen and outdoor area. Facilities were amazing especially the gym and pool!

Ok so some reviews mention some maintenance issues, however it didn't affect us too much as we had two rooms between a family of 4. Shower head in one room wouldn't work and stay in its holster! Otherwise our room worked fine. The toilet ran sometimes and didn't flush sometimes! It was quirky but generally we didn't complain! It's not modern and could do with a refresh....but it's acceptable.

The studio room was a decent size we had two of them. The hotel accommodated us by putting the two rooms together which was very nice of them. The rooms were cleaned every day and restocked with friendly staff. The reception were friendly and helpful if needed. The pool and sports bar area was relaxing and convenient for a drink and cooling off. It's a nice lagoon pool with landscaping in sun and shade. We stayed 5 nights and we're generally happy with most things.We think it's reasonable value for a family on a budget.

Bathrooms are very tired. The shower door was almost impossible to close , there was not plug in the sink. The air conditioning leaked onto the floor and had obviously done so many times before as the vinyl tiles were loose. The towels were well used. Covid has obviously affected turnover but it is time to invest some money

The staff were great and very helpful. Booked us an excellent shuttle back to the airport. Helped when our air conditioner leaked. On site pool very good on a hot day

Bathroom needed some maintenance, The silicon sealer around the bath was mouldy and should be replaced. The toilet dripped so was noisy at night. There was no milk in the room and the coffee/tea and bathroom shampoo/conditioner was not replaced daily

The rooms are a little outdated and not stocked for a 3 night stay. We had to ask for things every day.

The amenities were not up to standard. The air conditioning in the lounge didn't work, the air conditioning in the bedroom worked thankfully but it leaked so we would end up with a big puddle of water each morning on the floor and as they only service the room once a week we had to use our bathroom towels to dry this up and then dry them out for use again, they only provided 1 dishwashing tablet so we had to handwash our dishes but there was no tea towel or scrubbing brush which made this a bit harder also. The extraction fans in the bathroom also didn't work which then affected the air conditioning even more with leakage I the bedroom. For the price of the room each night I would have expected a top up of toilet paper and dishwaahing tablet each day or at least more than one tablet and 2 toilet rolls provided.

The apartment itself was nice and clean and location was great with an amazing view and close to the beach and restaurants. The reception staff were friendly and helpful.

The room had one light in the entry otherwise all other lights were lamps making it quite dark in the evening. Toilet had an issue which required fixing. No tea towel to dry dishes. When windy, the gaps in the windows whistle which is impossible to sleep unless you block the gap with the net curtain which takes some practice!

I loved my well appointed apartment with views over the Coral Sea. Great to have well equipped kitchen and laundry, lounge and dining area. The balcony was really large and a number of long lunches and sunset drinks on it. Fabulous. The beach and lots of great things were in walking distance. Reception staff very helpful and professional.

Rooms really need refurbishment. Noisy pipes and poor electrics. The nice man on reception sorted out our lighting problem. Rooms quite grubby and had holes in curtains.

Great location. Loved the Sports Bar. Nice well priced breakfast and dinner. Ivana and team were lovely. Rooms are spacious and nice to have kitchenette.

Milk for tea or coffee was not provided. Staff said management stopped it 3 months ago- this is a necessity given it is in all hotels. I think a toaster would be great too in the kitchen.
