There were some strange little bugs around the bench tops and could see them around the windows in the stairwell.

Checked in and went to our room which was nothing like the photo on the website. The air conditioning unit broke within an hour of us checking in and was leaking water. Paid to upgrade. Hotel was tired and poorly maintained. Charged us for a transfer from the airport to the hotel which we sought to get refunded with no success.

Location in Anse Vata was great & our upgraded room had a wonderful ocean view

The limit on the free wifi is ridiculously small. There was no information in the room or at the pool to indicate it would be taken over by Aquagym classes each morning - which was really annoying. One day the pool was closed for maintenance and from midday to evening there was no-one working on it . The one area where work was done was no different from what it looked like for the 11 days previous when the pool was able to be used.

Reception was able to accommodate a room change and an extension in stay. The room was a good size and included microwave and fridge.

The rooms are old and need to be refreshed! There was an annex door which was not soundproof, so we could hear everything from the next room occupants.

We stayed in a room in the main building with Ocean view. Very beautiful view! It's good for 1 night after arriving in the middle of the night after the flight.

Service could be a bit more attentive to the client. No instructions were given on how to use phone, no instructions on how to set the safe, no map of the hotel. No umbrellas available when we needed some. No hand soap provided only body wash from the shower/ bath. Fridge was leaking water. The pool had classes one after the other which provided full access of the pool facilities. One night someone around our room was speaking very loudly. After over 1/2hr (from 4:30am) I went down to reception to see if someone could speak to the guest to quiet down. The security had now left so the person at reception couldn’t do anything. He asked the cleaner to go and check but the cleaner didn’t care and kept going with his cleaning. I had to go up and down to check exactly which room it was coming from and go back down so the receptionist could call the room. By that time I was fully awake and so was my whole family…

A bit far from the city centre but so are all the hôtels, just something to keep in mind. Bring your own towel for the swimming pool, something we expected to be available for guests not travelling with their own towels. Biggest dissapointment was the lack of clarity around wifi access. By the time you add up the airport transfer, breakfast and wifi which is advertised as free but really only offers 15 min of free wifi in your room, it would have been cheaper to pay a little extra somewhere else.

Spacious room, great location, access to shops, beach, restaurants and activities. Walks to do nearby.

I booked budget. Someone had changed my arrival date and I had to be put into a seaview room. I was asked to pay more for the hotel's mistake!!! I refused and all was well. I mised a fridge in the room but realise it was budget. Wi-fi lasted only 30 minutes and I was asked to pay CFX1,200 francs per day! That is 30 times dearer than I pay at home. Instead of dining in your restaurant, I went to local restaurants that all offered free internet, and they got my custom. You made a loss because of your policy. It was the first time in 10 years I have ever been asked to pay for internet access.

If you are a tourist who wants cocktails by the pool and enjoys overeating in buffets, this place is not for you. If you are a traveller who likes a clean (and yes, a bit dated looking) place in a great location, this place is a good option. It is good value for money.

Honestly... the hotel came just pretty much into its years. some maintenance is urgently recommended. Receptons desk needs to be painted, plastering of the walls needs some repair. quite some small small things summing up and leaving an impression of an old building. Breakfast is not included and pretty expensive in the attached restaurant. Wifi is called "included" but not true. It's only a some MB free access - and after that one has to pay. Such money making appears outdated for today's expectation about people living in WWW.

The hotel's location is the VERY BEST in town if you expect beach. Across a road with some acceptable traffic is the local nice beach where you find life. Hotel has a separated baby /kids pool - pools are clean. Staff is so far friendly and helpful - very ok. Rooms are spacious and the sea view was really nice in 6.7..th floor. Specially the premium rooms are very large, having a round bath tube...amazing :-) very fund. Rooms are equiped with a microwave, water cooker, little fridge.
