The bed was not as comfortable as it could have been.

Fabulous location close to the only swimming beach currently, the Baie de citrons. Waterside strolls to many cafes, shops and an excellent supermarket. Located in a quiet residential street so protected from traffic noise and fumes. The local bus stop was at the end of the street and a short ride away from Noumea city. Other buses on different lines travelled to most surrounding attractions, museums and the market.

The curtains were pretty shear and flimsy but the roller door provided great darkness so wasn’t a huge issue.

You get what you pay for, was all I needed, may not be to everyone’s liking but the location for the price was the beneficial factor for me. Was just a place to sleep. Supermarket was an easy 5 minute walk away and beach a few minutes. With roller door down at night the location was quiet even thou I stayed on a weekend!

Room didn't smell fresh at first, maybe due to lack of airflow, but it helped when door was left open for a while for air to flow through. Air fresheners would be an advantage.

Kitchenette with full size refrigerator and microwave. Comfortable good size room and lighting. Easy check-in and check-out. Quiet location. Metres to the beach and short walk to Casino supermarket. Good meal packs at nearby shop called Bikini (not a swimwear shop)

It is in a very convenient location just 2 streets from Lemon Bay and 50 metres from a bus stop. it is super clean and has good facilities. A very quite location.

Bathroom and kitchenette areas were starting to look tired.

Short walk to swimming beach, bars and cafes (Baie des Citrons). Next to bus stop (L3 line - KUENDU BEACH / OUEN TORO). Very friendly and helpful staff. Check-in late at night was easy and seamless.

One minute from the beach, which was perfect for swimming and snorkeling. The accommodation is rustic island and quite zen. The bed was comfortable, air conditioning, and a huge shower. Cute kitchenette with everything you require to make your own food. Just a perfect experience all round. Staff are amazing. Easy check in and checkout.

it was very noisy during the night and early in the morning which made it hard to sleep. some of the noise was from ? neighbours (out of the owners control) but some was from within the building ? cleaning staff ?? the room was also short on facilities - no bath mat, no tea towel, very little crockery.

We had 4 days of rain but we had a rental car so we could still go out and explore town.

The location was amazing. Close to the beach and bars and restaurants. Nice to walk along the boulevard day or night.

The area is very noisy with many a night being woken up by others in the area coming home from partying. Possibly a better venue for young people who enjoy the night life. Bars dont shut till 4 am! I think some of the utensils could be replaced as they are old. We didn't have a plug for the sink or basin and had to ask for one, (which incidentally didn't fit the sink).

The Location is excellent as in walking distance to bus, bars, beach and restaurants. we initially were in a ground floor apartment which was stuffy and hot. The kitchenette area was very dark and the utensils were very minimalistic and old. every time we showered the floor got soaked and there was no where to dry the towels. So we asked for another room, possibly with a balcony, which the property graciously did for us, we did stay 9 nights. this room was much better with double ranch sliders which we could leave open. However as explained to us we could not cook in this room as the stove top was not working. Im not sure why they didn't get it fixed, however we sacrificed that for the brighter room. which was our choice.
