Our room was on the first floor was right next door to the hotel' neon sign.We are light sleepers and there was a regular change of lighting in the room as the neon sign changed pictures.There are blackout curtains in the room but they don't go all the way to the ceiling so the light come out above the curtain track.

Location with the beach across the road and the many restaurants just a short walk away. The Seaview room was very spacious but sparsely furnished.A coffee table would be helpful for a start.

Could do with a deep clean, especially in the bathrooms. No bathmat provided so was down a towel.

Location was fantastic, lemon bay is wonderful and the hotel is very easy to access. I’ve as concerned the rooms would be noisy but with the windows closed the room was very well noise proofed. The cafe underneath was nice and convenient. Staff were all fantastic. Was given early check in was was great and great luggage storage for after check out.

Noise at night from night clubs. Even though the room was double glazed loud, constant bass music very late at night.

Although the hotel is quite well located and has everything you need, it just doesn't feel like anything special. It doesn't look anywhere near as good as the photos. The TV is off centre to the bed. Can't sit on the balcony as there are too many mosquitos. I wouldn't describe the room as 'garden view' it's just overlooking the path.

However, a very noisy bar - particularly the bass - 150m up the road that stayed open until 4am. The excellent quality of the aluminium joinery dulled the "thump", but the bass won the battle! That bar was only closed one night in our 9 night stay, so we did adjust to it!

There were a couple of things that needed a quick repair, but minor. One light near the desk didn't work, but we didn't report it. Didn't affect our stay. We were a bit disappointed that there were no face cloths or hand towels, only bath towels and bath mat. The night club nearby was very noisy until 3-4am, on the weekend, but the room's soundproofing was very good.

We had the perfect room that we asked for. It was clean and comfortable. Very modern bath since our last visit in March 2021. This was our third visit staying here and we would return. The staff were lovely and friendly, very helpful.

Only negative part was not having any washing facilities on the premises.

There were hairs of the previous occupants on the floor and sofa as well as little roaches in the bathroom late at night. Some noise from a nearby nightclub on weekend nights. AC was difficult to switch off completely but staff at reception were helpful so the issue was resolved straight away. No laundry service (even though a pamphlet in the room says this is available).

Spacious room with nice sea view. Close proximity of the beach and nearby restaurants. Good WiFi connection. 24/7 staff at the reception. Tea and coffee facilities + silent fridge in room.

Location/transportation: I ended up using busses quite a bit because taxis are hard to come by. So make sure to download Moovit and stack up on some cash.

This is a very nice hotel, not too fancy but just right. The staff was extremely helpful. And the room was comfortable with a great view to the beach. And tons of food options.
