The lack of furniture and the care of the place. I assume that some of the previous clients have mishandled the apartment, but on a 4 stars place the plates were 2 without any bowl, the cutlery was very little, not even one bed lamp, a big hole on the wall. This place could definitely improve if better managed.

This flat is in a good place in Maputo close to the center and the main avenues. It is s bit far from downtown though. It is safe and had a spar not far away. It has a living room, a separate kitchen and a separate bedroom. It is a very tall building and each side will have different views. Mine was towards the sea and it was a good option: from the balcony one could see the sea. AC is of good quality and the WiFi works better in the living room and kitchen but not in the bedroom.

Well the last time we stayed here the house keeping staff stole our USB which we had used to play music and was inserted behind the TV unit. This time our car mirrors were stolen on the parking at night. This was reported to the receptionist and the security manager who took 4 hrs to show up and solve the problem. We had a problem on how mirrors were stolen around the premises while there were 2 security guards that night. We believe this was an inside job because no fence had been cut or damaged but there were foot prints on the inside and outside of the fence to show that 2 people were standing there. One from the outside and one from the inside. Whom we believe was the security guard who handed the mirrors to the one who was standing outside. It took almost the whole day for the issue to be resolved. We were tired and wanted to sleep since that night we had traveled to Ponta with friends to enjoy new years eve there when we returned in the morning only to find out that our car mirrors were missing and we couldn't sleep before we could resolve the issue.

This was our second stay at this property. The location is perfect. We like that it is close to the beach, malls and the Kwik spar just around the corner at a walking distance made our lives very easy when all other shops were closed it was the only shop open on a holiday. The rooms are spacious. We like that it is a self catering apartment, we made and enjoyed our own home cooked meals without having to rush for breakfast or restaurant cut off times. We enjoyed the space at the lounge while we were watching TV. We were also spoiled with a bottle of wine and a box of peanuts and rains with a message wishing us happy new year. I think the gesture was great. The receptionist was very helpful 👌 and was willing to assist us, we sorry we didn't take his name 😢

Building could be refurbished and modernised. Bathroom shower floor uneven and cheaply fixed, could do with a full refurbishment. The property overall needs to be modernised to capitalise on its prime location, an asset that needs TLC.

The couches in the lounge had a stale smell. The covers needs to be reapolstred or replaced with new ones

All rooms are bigger than usual, the kitchen is well equipped with a fridge, kettle & stove, which are a big necessity. There's aircons in the lounge & bedrooms. The TV's in both the lounge & bedroom also a plus. The hotel has private parking across the road which is well guarded. There's also privacy. It felt like a home

The utensils and equipment in the kitchen need to be improved, eg. an oven and if possible a washing machine, iron and ironing boards. the bath rooms need renovation. The exterior of the hotel need serious repainting and renovation. It needs a total overhaul to make it appealing. The hotel may consider having at least breakfast available as an option. The hotel room should be fixed and not fluctuate at local currency rates, what it means is that you tend to pay more than advertised in US Dollars. TV channels needs to be improved and also the room furniture need some redoing

Self catering facility was helpful. Internet was good and the view from the room was beautiful. The hotel was very quiet and good for work.

Hotel is old but for the price I paid for it's fair, staff is not the best but also not the worst.

The price I paid for the apartment was fair, the position is good and you can walk around also at night, apartment was clean and it has the advantage of the kitchen.

An issue with the power and a frustrating repair period but it was fixed.

This place is always good. Secure parking and a quieter area. Excellent food in the park across the road and a ton of tourist junk !

There were quite a few factors which didn't fit from the time of the check in: 1. We turned up after a 11 hour flight to the hotel at around 9:30 pm, The receptionist did not have any idea of our reservation and initially said that the hotel is full without any availabilities. Upon showcasing her our confirmation via booking.com she asked us to save it as a pdf and email it to her as she did not have access to the booking.com platform, Took us around 30 - 35 minutes to get the whole process done hence could have been more systematic. 2. Noise - The neighbors and the people on the floors above were extremely noisy and drunk and the noises continued during all the nights we stayed in which got frustrating as we had a baby with us, Upon complaining multiple times to the night security guy not much of an action was taken. 3. Ample amount of towels weren't provided upon asking regularly, We used to share 1 towel amidst three people on most of the nights. 4. Wifi - Extremely irrelevant and non existant, We had to get local sims to use internet via hotspot. 5. Upon our checkout after the 5th night, The reception manager informs us that the TV isn't working and informed in that it was due to the water of the clothes which were put to dry up on the lights on the 2nd day of our stay. My disappointment arose on why they were waiting for us to check out on the 5th day to raise a claim and did not raise this point of reimbursement or refund prior. We unfortunately did not use the TV hence didn't know how to counter the claim as we didn't check if it was working or wasn't but did accept our responsibility.

The location and the size of the apartments was very good based on the daily rate.
