The Aircon broke due to electricity cuts and was not repaired during our stay.

I missed not having a basin, small stove, cutlery and a basin in the kitchen.....would have been perfect for those instances where you want to prepare your own food. The restaurant did help us out with plates and knives and forks when we had our barbeque though.

Great location on the beach front and nice, simple clean accommodation (which I think has been recently refurbished). Nice to have a fridge and kettle in the room and also chairs to be able to sit out on the balcony and enjoy the sea view.

Breakfast is ok, it's almost required to purchase at the lodge since the rooms are not set up for self-catering. Fridge and kettle only - no hot plate, dishes, etc.

We have been coming here regularly but the restaurant really needs to be improved. The quality of products used are not good and the staff needs training.

Nothing. Everything was exceptional. If we were to fault something, we prefer hotel and resort bedding to be fully white as opposed to colours

Everything. Wasn’t so sure at first because nobody had heard of it, once we arrived. It was perfect. We stayed the night before in San Martinho Bilene and we enjoyed our stay here a lot more. The staff were super friendly and responsive. The kitchen staff understood Halaal and offered to cook all our meals separately. He even advised us where to find halal food in the village. Would deffo come here again.

They Don't Have Generator Nor Solar. So Electricity Went Off Around 06h00 In The Morning. And There Was No Hot Water. They Said Electricity Will Be Back, Around 14h00 To 15h00. And Other Staff Is Hard To Communicate With English. Luckily We Had Someone Who Understood Xitshonga.

The Mediterranean style cottage apartments are very clean, the large bed is great when you have a small child to look after. The quiet location and views by the beach are fantastic and the staff very friendly. Would highly recommend for families travelling on a budget

The aspects that could be improved upon at the property were: 1.Lack of amenities such as a microwave or a small kitchenette in the accommodation. This would have added convenience for meal preparation. 2.The beds could have been more comfortable, as this is crucial for a good night's sleep and overall relaxation during the stay. Aside from these points, there were no major concerns, and overall, we had a pleasant experience.

I loved several aspects of the property: 1.The cleanliness was impeccable, which made for a comfortable stay. 2.Its proximity to the beach was fantastic; being within walking distance added to the convenience and enjoyment of our time there. 3.Having a restaurant and bar on the property was a huge plus; it made dining and socializing incredibly convenient. 4.Being close to shops and local vendors allowed us to explore the area easily and immerse ourselves in the local culture. 5.And of course, being extremely close to Nice Cream, where we enjoyed the best ice cream, was a delightful treat during our stay. Additionally, we enjoyed Focoffee restaurant, also within walking distance from the resort. Guests should definitely try this locally-owned gem; the exceptionally friendly staff, especially Jacob, made our dining experience memorable. Overall, it was a lovely experience that combined convenience, comfort, and enjoyable amenities seamlessly.

WiFi range.

The rooms don't have TVs, so keep that in mind; however, it's not a biggie at all. I didn't like the fact that the WiFi is only available at the bar and restaurant. I think this is a much-needed service, especially for foreign visitors. It'd be nice if they could invest in improving WiFi coverage. The location is the best. This is the proper beachfront. From our room (11), it was literally 30 steps to the beach. I would also like to acknowledge the barman. He was amazing and assisted with my personal itinerary. The rooms are clean; there are no complaints there. The sheets are the best in terms of quality; however, they are clean and adequate. Rooms have air conditioning, which comes in handy. The units are old and are being refreshed a bit with a fresh coat of paint. It would have been nice to have a sink or kitchenette, but the units aren't built for self-catering. Tea and coffee are provided. The swimming pool is small, but the location and ocean more than make up for that. If you're from South Africa, Botswana, Namibia, Eswatini, and Lesotho, amongst others, just take remember to get the that Type F plug adapter. It'll make life easier for you.
