The air conditioning and the fridge were very loud and we struggled falling asleep some nights. The bed and pillows are not the comfiest.

Such a cozy place, we stayed at the Deluxe marina view studio., and it looked exactly like the photos. Beautiful view, big balcony, everything you need in the washroom & kitchen. The location is amazing, you are 7-10 minutes walking distance to Medano beach and can take a water taxi right outside. It is in a busier area and it got quite loud at night (the bars and restaurants nearby with music) so if you are a sensitive sleeper I wouldn’t recommend it. The pool was nicer than we expected as well! It is smaller, but no one was up there the entire time and there is a huge terrace with tables and lounge chairs, gorgeous views of the marina. The staff were so nice too!

The elevator didn't reach the third floor area where we were. I REALLY thought we'd be able to walk to the beach, but the expensive resorts own all the property. So Medano Beach was 900 feet away but we couldn't see it. And an Uber was going to cost $99 for one mile. If I return for a longer stay, I'd get a snorkel/beach package in addition to a whale tour.

My husband and I came to see whales and were NOT disappointed in February! We had the street side balcony on the third floor. The room was small but we could eat at the table on the balcony. The kitchen counter was next to the bed, and had basic stuff we needed including a medium sized fridge. The surprise bonus was that the rooftop pool which overlooks the marina was just a few steps away from our front door. Jadi, the gentleman at reception, was great help with taking our luggage upstairs, showing us a good restaurant, where to do our own trash removal, and securing a reasonably priced return shuttle for the airport. I loved being right on the marina where all the shopping and action is, and we didn't hear the marina/bar noise at night since our room faced the street.

My only complaint is that the water pressure was very weak. Difficult to wash all the sun-screen and sand off your body. Its the only reason I am giving MCP a 9 instead of a 10. Even so, I will 100% look to book a room here during future visits.

The location is great, right on the Marina, a few steps from the beach, and any type of food or drink you could desire is a just a minutes walk away. We checked in at 5pm on a Sunday, right as the boats were coming in from a day on the water with music blasting, and people shouting and dancing. We were concerned that it was going to be a noisy stay. However, by dark the marina quiets down, and the party moves to the streets a few blocks away. Most of the bars and restaurants on the marina close by 10pm, and it is indeed a quiet location.

Absolutely one of the best hidden secrets. Couldn't find a better location with accessibility and convenience to everything you need. 5 minutes walk to downtown, tons of restaurants within 5 minutes. The convenience store down below The unit had everything we needed. This is absolutely your best bet if you're not looking for an all inclusive resort. You will see cabo and have great Service and only about a 5 minute walk to the beach. Beautiful views of the Marina watching boats coming and going. This place literally overlooks the Marina. The staff is very polite, helpful and accommodating. Check out Ruth Chris steakhouse for thier happy hour menu. What a delight. Watching the seals all day long. Highly highly recommend.

I forgot my dirty laundry bag when checking out to another property. I returned the next day to see if it was turned in. mgmt checked the lobby video and verified I did not have it when I checked out - I was in a hurry to meet the check out time and didn’t do a final check. the maid or new renter now has my prized ‘Sugar Daddy’ T-shirt and a few others. tiny kitchen sink. a broom or dust buster would be nice to remove the sand that is tracked in - or a door mat.

The couch in the room was a tad uncomfortable so we just used the bed to relax. The wifi was unusable so we just used our own hotspot.

The location was central to the beach and city. I would recommend this for a couple that likes to walk and explore different parts of town. Tip: Go outside the harbor and find cool little places to eat.

No swimming pool, which was unfortunate; however, they are putting in a pool by the end of this year I am told.

The staff was wonderful, and the location of the property is excellent! We had a balcony room overlooking the Marina, and it was great!!
