The venomenous yellow bellied sea snake which we met on the beach one morning had quite a shocking impact on us The waiting time in some of the restaurants was extraordinary

Not enough time there. The Hotel was perfect.

The trip started off terrible, we were late for our flight then our passports expired the week prior so we had to go to Washington to get a same day passport. We were there for our scheduled appointment and they checked us in late so we had to wait another day to get the passports. Changed our flight two times which of course costed extra money and we missed a couple days there at the Hyatt, but still paid for the suite. My husband's phone went belly up and we had to get another one, then he lost it somewhere between Hertz car rental and the airport coming home. We had so many mishaps, it sure was an adventure. I even spilled a whole bottle of water in my lap just before boarding the plane home. The few days we spent there were wonderful! Your staff was the best, they were all very helpful. Your staff made us feel very welcome from the moment we stepped into the lobby and always offered to show us around, they walked us to our room and the restaurants and even told us how to get to the flea markets. Very friendly and there was always someone available to answer any questions. Food was very good, we mostly ate at the buffet. We did have a steak dinner at the fancy restaurant and one of the staff took a picture of us on my husband's phone (that he lost) sad cause we didn't get any other pictures of us there. The beach was beautiful! Got to watch a beach wedding and listen to their music one night from our balcony while sitting in the jacuzzi tub, the wedding was entertaining.

This is an extraordinary resort! The beach is expansive, very well maintained and PRIVATE! There is no public access to this beach. There are several restaurants on site, offering a terrific choice of cuisines. The service is exemplary! ALL resort staff are welcoming, kind and very respectful.

Huge cabanas placed at two pools edge (which you have to rent )- block entry to the pools and blocked the views of the ocean from lounge chairs, restaurants etc.

Loved the views. Location feels like you’re in a cove. Mountains behind you and ocean in front. Beach secluded due to rock formations on both sides. Spotted a whale out front. Several food choices. Excellent staff. We had a swim up room - waiters brought us drinks.

We won't rate it high class. It is better than what you get in a Cruise ship or Disney parks, but certainly there is a lot of room to improve. Except for the food, it was great.

Beach was great. We had a swim in pool to the room. So we really enjoyed the pool. Food was a bit disappointing. The property has a private beach, so no public presence. Drinks are great. Not watered down. They keep on bringing the drinks.

We asked for a quiet room and they put us directly in front of the wedding events, which tortured us with disco music for 5 nights. They did have quieter rooms but refused to move us.

Everything was perfect! The room was really nice and comfortable, several pools, wonderful beach, high quality food (different international cuisine restaurants and nice buffet), and all the staff, including entertainment team, was extremely nice :) A real all inclusive, where you feel like you are at paradise, 100% recommended!

rooms facility was not so mainteined. we had very noisy facility at 1st night from ceiling. aftre move other room, air conditioner was noisy at 2nd night.

The air was not working in the restaurants, and it became too hot to eat and enjoy the food.

During the seven days of our stay there was a lot of construction going on and especially the pool deck and brick path installation which did only get very noisy at 9am every day but continued non stop all day until sunset every night. With grinders and jackhammers etc. would defiantly enquire about construction noise before staying again.

The staff were exceptional. Helpful and friendly. Some staff wear many hats(sombreros) what I mean is they greet and seat and oversee the running breakfast and lunch and you will find them working at night in the four restaurants. The quality of the food is very very good , also the variety is vast. I lived in Las Vegas for many years and some buffets were raved about and I think Hyatt Ziva’s buffet exceeded any I attended in Vegas. The four restaurants served great food expertly prepared . infinity pools a very pleasing sight to see with the many palm trees and the beach and endless views of the ocean have to be seen in person to appreciate. Our room was comfortable and the service there was also fantastic.

Nothing 😒 that I can think off

Everything the staffs very polite and accommodating. Very friendly they went over and byond.the service. Smiling faces every time the place being fenced in a looking like a big gate villa with security. No one can come in and out in the property. We love the exclusivity. The safety of the hotel made the guests very comfortable. The food were superb first class. Service the way we like it. Buffet was amazing the coffee shops restaurants. Bars just wowed us. The beach was very clean and the pool to die for. I have nothing to o say anything negative about our stay. And our room is beautiful and clean the room service 24\7 was soso great the hotel personnel was awesome they work really hard and fast we wii be back definitely next year

There was no shade almost anywhere I feel like they need more places with shade like the pool areas and also I feel like they should also offer the cabana beds with the Price included like they do In crown paradise hotel

I didn't like that I thought it was an adults only resort but there were kids there. But it was a good time of year so there wasn't a whole lot of kids there.

There was no notification that during the stay construction would be taking place. It was reoccurring nearly our whole stay and would overtake the peacefulness of the beach. There was also construction taking place in the evening and in a part where guests would use to walk between buildings which made some travel on the property a bit of an inconvenience.
