The room is very noisy due to traffic and bad window isolation. One of the matresses was defective. We asked for a change (the staff had a good reaction). The floors weren't too clean (feet would get black if walking barefoot). Too little wardrobe space.

The location is very good. Very nearby convenient good price parking. Room big enough for 7. The best part of the room was the bathroom. And the fact that there was an additional sink in the room that helped a lot.

Room was called ‘city view’ which it wasn’t, it had 1 small frosted window with no view. Safe didn’t work at all, staff kindly tried to help but in the end there was nothing that could be done, it was broken. Bed was particularly hard and had 4 thin blankets which was fine temperature wise but just made it a bit uncomfortable/ messy. Smells are not great in the bathroom/shower

Really good location close to the centro, and bars/restaurants and the markets. There is a great bakery/cafe nearby called Boulenc. Helpful staff, really happy to assist with booking taxis / providing cleaning, refilling water in the room etc. Wifi and aircon worked well! The terrace upstairs was nice

It's not that I was unsatisfied, but in the shower room, I almost fell twice as the floor was really slippery when it's wet and the drainage wasn't perfect. Also, I wished there were a mini-bar or small refrigerator to keep a bottle of juice for my breakfast. But, of course, I already knew that's not happening when I booked.

It located in a quiet area, while I had no problem walking to everywhere I wanted to visit in Oaxaca City. Staff was very kind and thoughtful, making me feel protected. It must have been renovated not so long ago, so the room looked still new to me and I liked that.

The bathroom and the shower were connected but it wasn't easy to go through and it was really small. The pillows were uncomfortable and really thin. The staff weren't paying attention when you get to the hotel since it was locked with a key, it takes some time for them to notice you outside.

The location was really good, it was close to the Sant Domingo church and near the center of the city. But it was also further from the zocalo so you couldn't hear the noises at night.

There was a strong smell in the bathrooms coming from the sewer. They don’t change the towels. The mattress was extremely rigid, and the pillows very thin. They didn’t put soap in all the rooms. The announcement says that they have free onsite parking but they do not, it’s in another street and they charge you for it.

The location was close to the downtown. Although, the street was not the best.

I booked a Hierve el Agua tour through the property, English speaking. The entire tour was in Spanish only. We visited textile factory, candle making, a bakery, all of which had demonstrations in Spanish only. We didn’t get to Hierve el Agua until 4.45pm, which only gave us an hour (it’s a 20 min fast walk to the petrified waterfall and 20 min back). We were due back at the hotel by 6pm, but they dropped us off in town at 8pm and asked us to find our own way to our hotels. The property tried to resolve this, but there was little they could do. Recommend booking your own tours. The location of the property was a little further from the zocalo than I realised, but that’s on me.

I stated in room number 1, which was upstairs and cosy, comfortable and clean. I liked the little courtyard and reception area with seats to relax.

Unfortunately the room didn't come with a fridge. It was not listed so we didn't expect to have one, but it would be a nice addition to keep our drinks cold.

Everything was perfect and as described on the listing. Staff were very helpful and spoke good english. The room was clean and the terrace was lovely.
