Meeru is a perfect place to relax and find peace! Great service, cleanest environment, best people, great food! I couldn’t express how satisfied I am with everything, we encountered some shortcomings but Meeru compensated us with much much more satisfaction than diappointment. I have never ever experienced such kind of service, serenity, relaxation, people and food. I would definitely stay here again and again and again. May I mention these great gentlemen who are always pleasant and ready to help at Maalan Resto: Aafin, Asri, Subash, Shanu and Imad and another guy who was assigned to Room 661 in April 8-11, 2024 of our stay (I forgot his name). They are all Meeru’s people asset! Everyone in the reception was great too. Buggy drivers are excellent. The boat guys during snorkeling activities. Everything!! Special mention as well to Ms. sherlyn mauricio for being very accommodating. Kudos to Meeru!

United KingdomIf I’m being picky, I’lld say to offer a variety of bed type based on the preference of the customer. My partner thought the bed was a bit too hard.
Simply fantastic. The services were outstanding. Right from pickup at the Maldives airport to departure. Staffs are so friendly and make you feel at home. They try to know you, your preferences and go out of their way to get you satisfied. The chefs like Ali, Udayanga, Endra were great. Waiters like Gasim just make the whole trip simply amazing. The quality of the accommodation and food was top notch. 5 standards! There’s also a lot of activities. Snorkeling in the artificial reef was great. Spotted several baby sharks 🦈. Live music events, night club dancing and other entertainment. Also if you just want to do nothing, there’s kilometers beach front where you can just lie down and do nothing. Absolutely value for money. Will comeback again

The hotel is absolutely lovely! The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating, making you feel right at home from the moment you arrive. The sandy beaches are beautiful and you can walk barefoot everywhere, which adds to the relaxed and laid-back atmosphere of the island. One of the best things about this hotel is the fantastic planification of the island. There is a quiet section for adults who prefer a more peaceful and serene environment. This allows for a perfect balance between relaxation and fun, catering to all types of guests. The hotel staff also ensures that the animals on the island are well cared for, demonstrating their dedication to environmental conservation and wildlife protection.

LithuaniaDhifushi local island visible from parts of the Meeru island can spoil the view sometimes, staff seemed to take care more about sweeping fallen leaves inside the island, then picking thrash from their beautiful beaches and sea, which seemed a bit strange since seeing thrash in beaches bothers guests much more, some of the facilities are a bit worn and outdated design, but these are only minor negatives compared to overwhelming positives.
Island itself, it is truly beautiful, staff hospitality, food selection and quality (they mix great cocktails as well), facilities and accomodation layout, Uthuru bar is magnificient (go there for amazing sunsets), resort is clearly very well managed, resort in general is not overcrowded (very important), Duniye overwater spa - amazing.

AustraliaIt is expensive therefore a cheaper price would be great but understandable given how the Maldives works. The bathrooms are open in the middle section therefore if you are not a fan of hot weather, that can be off putting for some. I did not mind this and if you get hot, just go for a swim off your balcony!
All inclusive package is great especially if you like a drink or two. The property is incredible with great beaches and great pools including an adults on pool. The staff are all incredible and very friendly and willing to assist with anything you may need however as everything appears to be thought prior to our arrival, I never needed to ask for anything! A special shout out to Aaish AKA Mr Amazing who made our welcome an amazing experience and sorted us an amazing upgrade for our Honeymoon. He was always interested in what we were doing and always up for a conversation which made the stay even more special than we could have imagined.

HungaryThere is a patch of grass between the beach and some of the villas, which can be inconvenient if you want to stay right on the beach. Although I must admit that the staff were open and very helpful in moving us to a preferred villa.
The resort offers incredible surroundings, cosy villas, delicious food and great excursions. The staff are great and happy to cater for all your needs. Highly recommended.

When you imagine Maldives ,you imagine this !!! This is my first time ,so i can not compare what more can you get from other resorts (maybe more activities,maybe more quality in food and more high luxury rooms) . So , 1.The resort is near Male (45 minutes with boat ) 2.The island is as big as you want ,so you can walk all the island in 1 hour with a perfect nautre inside the island 3.The adult area is seperate from family area but you can go to family area to swim in the pool 4.The sea and the marine life was great 5.The activity i went was the shark snorkelling and it was super 6.They upgraded my room ,so i took a beach room and it was amazing .....i can hear only the tide . (thank you for that) 7.The food was very good ,i paid for all meals and it was a good choice . 8.The beaches were like card postal . 9.The price !!!for maldives i believe is a good price 10.The staff was very organize for you arrival and for your departure ,so you dnt have to worry for anything 11.Wifi was very good ,not all day but i dnt have problems . Everything you want from a resort is there .

SwitzerlandOn the cons side, the beach villa where we stayed was showing its age a bit, the air-conditioning was a bit loud, but these were only minor inconveniences.
Many thanks to Shareef for the amazing service at Farivalhu restaurant, and to the whole team at Meeru! Our stay was great, we stayed for 9 nights and we wish we stayed more. The island itself is big enough, with many activities, swimming pools, playroom for kids, etc. We opted for full-board option (not all-inclusive), but the food at the buffet restaurants is really good and diverse. The white-sand beaches and the blue water are just amazing!

the best resort island for families - I have done extensive oline research before booking - but meeru - and the overall MEERU EXPERIENCE just exceeded any expectations we had had as a family befroe travelling. An inceredibly relaxing holiday - and if you are not an alcoholic - the FULL BOARD is more than enough for you (even with 1-2 cocktils per adult per day...) - and that way it stays an affordable dream experience... will definitely return...one day...maybe for an anniversary...
