Their could be a good work instruction circulated to the guest to operate the key opening system as their was no one to guide in the location. Meanwhile we got help on call.

The property is well connected and quit near to many of the tourist location.

Maybe I would appreciate a nice and more fresh smelling room and bed sheets.

The self-checking system is good and hassle-free and the area was calm and rather safe.

Swimming pool door was closed early as usual,instead 19hrs ,the door was closed 18 hrs, very disappointing

No restaurants or cafes right nearby.

Good size apartment. Well maintained. Location - Supermarket and ATM very close and easy walk into Town. Bus available to Blue Bay. Felt safe even during cyclone and major power outage.

The fan in living room was out of order....but there is aircon in bedroom. Bath towels only 2 for 4 adults. But we had small towels.

Liked the self checking ... The privacy.... And the close covered swimming pool.... And so near to London supermarket.... Very nice place and nice staff. The kitchen well fully equipped.

Although we didn't have any issues with the residence, the next door neighbour is very rude and constantly complains about noise and being loud at ridiculous hours. You can't listen to a little music on a Saturday mid day, then he complains. Kids can't have some fun in the pool during the day, then he complains. He had a full blown fight with one of the other tourists that also booked, screaming and yelling about noise during the night that no other person in the residence heard (The neighbour ruined this tourist's honeymoon by the way). He has a tendency of literally calling the police every time there is a little noise that he finds bothering, but ironically yells at his dogs 3 o'clock in the morning almost every night. HE is allowed to have friends over and make noise with their parties, but YOU as a tourist are not allowed to enjoy your holiday! We had witnessed this man in conflict with multiple tourists over the course of our 2 months stay. If you're generally a quiet person this would not affect you and the residence will be perfect, but I honestly won't recommend this place to people with kids who may yell while playing in the pool, or to young energetic people looking for a fun holiday trip, unless you're planning on only sleeping there. The residence is really pretty and worth checking out, but the neighbour needs an attitude adjustment.

The residence looks exactly like the photos, very spacious and neat. The pool was always clean and an amazing asset to have in the Mauritian heat. The staff were super friendly and helpful whenever we needed anything. The residence is conveniently located a short walking distance from a grocery store and several restaurants which is perfect if you're not renting a car.
