Too many kids. We couldn’t enjoy the pool as it was full of kids playing, yelling and splashing water on us. I felt it is more a place for families than couples. There were events at night but again for kids and families. However, the staff and everything else was great.

We like the view, the food, breakfast buffet was great. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Original room very dated, worn, tired and dirty but after asking the staff to view the room we were immediately transfered to the other side of the complex where the room was clean, modern and very comfortable. We were informed that the other side of the complex was due to be refurbished this month. Food repetitive and not to all to our liking

- if you prefer some peace and quiet, this might not be the best option for you - personally I wasn’t a big fan of the food, and prefer to discover local places (price-quality)

- very friendly staff, they are always there to help - very nice location (in between 2 beautiful beaches, walking distance along the seaside) - very nice hotel for families with kids (lots of entertainment happening) - we had an amazing room next to the sea; great place to wake up

We had to ask the staffs to change to a seafront room as that was the type of room we booked. We were upset that we did not get the type on the first night though we specifically booked one, so make sure to get the type of room you booked.

The staffs were very attentive and friendly. The jacuzzi hubs are nice. The pool is not very crowded, there are plenty of beach front sun-beds.

Great hotel for families, and active people. A lot of activities available: aquagym, badminton, special activities for kids. Great SPA services (massages). And the most important: very friendly and helpful staff, at reception, restaurant, bar, and animation team. I find this hotel great for families with kids. Room was ok. Wifi worked perfectly. Big pool, small pool for little children, and jacuzzi. Free water & cola every day on a room. Welcome drink to małe arrival even more comfortable.

Not good for vegetarians. Not serving water during lunch or dinner. All water is to paid. We had booked the hotel with Breakfast and Dinner but surprised to note that water is not part of dinner.

Good to see sun set. Very good view of sea from receaption itself. Every evening has some or other progeamme for entertainmenr.

No basic toiletries in the washrooms like shampoo shower caps etc that are usually provided at hotel. My ph extension wasn’t working and wasn’t fixed either. The shower area for people who have checked out and have a late flight needs to be made better. The hair dryer didn’t work there and it was so hot in there no fan

WiFi was a little spotty at early/late hours and the shower took some time to heat up. Shower was also not fully sealed so a bit of water seepage. But minor issues all in all. You can see the hotel is putting in a lot of effort and resources to keeping guests happy and upgrading their common area facilities.

The staff were excellent, the resort has put so much effort into making the guests comfortable, from little touches like daily restocked refreshments to included activities and festivities. We also had a newly renovated room that was clean and comfortable.

The hotel is not beachfront - technically you can jump in the sea through the rocks, but the sandy beaches require a bit walking, there no sun beds are provided. For the same reason kayaking is very limited, because of the stones. No volleyball field as stated on official website. Some activities are canceled/postponed without the notice. No clothes drying standers in the room, the door between toilet and the room almost doesn’t exist, it is a sliding door.

Very nice hotel with many activities and friendly staff. Green and clean territory, facing the sea (no beach). Exactly between two big beaches, Mon Choisy and Trou-aux-biches. Majority of guests are French speaking, but staff talks French, English, German - no problems with communication. Team looks very built together, and management is caring and involved. Dinner is different every day and represents different countries - nice way to get to know various Mauritian culture. Lunch you can easily get from the big beaches food trucks, there’s also a supermarket 2 mins away. A bus stop and a taxi station are in front of the hotel, which give easy access to Grand Bay (ship trips) and Botanical Garden (nature). The sea view room has the best sunsets, rooms are freshly renovated. Be aware that hotel offers for free table tennis, kayak, glass bottom boat trip and various sport equipment like balls and rackets on request. In most of the activities guests can win free cocktails from the bar. All the evening activities end at 22 so you can sleep in peace.

Toilet and bathroom doors are without privacy. Shower door is see-throught. Suggestion-in breakfast and dinner could be more water.

Sea view room is located in perfect location for sunset. Compliment for drinks in bar. Room was clean and nice-like in photos. Staff was polite-every day asked about our stay. Nice music during the day.

There was stairs to get to the first room which was hard for my wife after 4 opérations but management was great by giving us another room at no extra cost the following day.

we arrived the day after the big storm, so things were pretty bashed up. (not the fault of the resort). But they managed to get some of the beach cleaned up before we left with lots of hard work. I am sure that they got it all 100% within a week or two,

the hotel is very well situated with beaches all around. The staff are very good and the management make a point to speak to every guest and make them feel welcome. What I had forgotten was how expensive things are in Mauritius. The bed was very comfortable, that aircon worked and the rooms were serviced every day. It is a 3 star budget hotel, so don't expect salmon with your breakfast. The breakfast is more than adequate, but basic.

The garden view rooms were a bit dated. You could hear everything that was going on in the next room. Simple buffet. Not able to assist in booking excursions, would be a nice value add.

The swimming pool too small ....may be need to be upgraded for adults...the activities available need to be showcased with price in a pamphlet at the reception....

Felt free with the inconspicuous employees...very discreet but helpful....the rooms comfort...the welcoming....the garden with a sweet kitty on the beach not too far and chirping birds.....the tasty breakfast....we had bed and breakfast...next time will have a dinner there as the food tasty...the dancing nights .....the atmosphere was great...
