The entertainment went until 11.30pm, which is fine, but it’s very noisy if you are hoping to relax after a long flight. Also no shampoo or conditioner in the bathroom.

The deluxe room we had matched the pictures as advertised, except for the bathroom which had a bathtub shower, of which did not drain water quick enough. Thus, when showering (tall people would have a problem with this shower) the water came up to your ankles in the tub. Also, although the rooms and facilities were really neat, the finishings were really old and needed some professional maintenance. For example, the door handle in the bathroom was replaced, but you could still see the hole from the previous handle on the door, or the tub itself had what looked like rust lines on the tub.

Beautiful pool, great access to the beach, nice variety of good tasting food, and the one night we were there, the entertainment was good. The manager and some staff were really good and understanding. Were we had issues in our room which we were really unhappy about, the manager Kaynash(mind the spelling) was readily available to try and sort out our issue, and ensured that the rest of our stay at the resort was a pleasant one.

Meals are 50% OK, 20% excellent, 30% tasteless, bad. should be improved and more various. For breakfast 3 kind of cold cut, 1 kind of cheese. Cucumber and tomatoe for vegetable if refilled in time. Afternoon snack always pancake. Half open air toilet is really bad idea. Drinks included in AI are ok, but spirits are bottom shelf. Better are for extra charge, but still not top shelf.

Spent 10 days all inclusive here. Beach not so good, but underwater life is nice for everyday snorkeling. Better sandy beaches in a few mins walk . Watershoes needed. Free 1 hour boat ride to close bluebay lagoon, free kayak, sup rental etc. Room is spacious, bed comfortable, aircon works fine. Wifi is stable, works fine, but slow not good for working. Half of staff nice and friendly. Breakfast omlette is fantastic! Spa is nice, clean and good! You will get exactly what you pay for, a 3 star hotel with 3 star services. If you can afford this, go for it, it is nice but not expect much.

Not enough sunbeds

Location just 15 minutes from the airport. Beautiful and huge coral gardens (hard corals only) very easy accessible from the beach. Best for snorkeling

The food wasn’t that great and set meal times no snacks in between you are supplied one bottle of water for the room. If you wanted more you have to pay, the bar staff always seem very put out if you ask for extra ice in the warm drinks they were serving. We arrived at 8:30 in the morning and was aware room check in wasn’t possible until two, but was charged for drinks and water before two. we had the better rooms with direct access, which was a mistake as it was located directly below the bar and dining area so you constantly got woken up at night and early morning with chairs being moved I have been dropped at breakfast and through the night in the bar, cleaners was cleaning outside the room, raking the beach at 5:30 in the morning dragging the rakes across the concrete outside the room, waking New You up every morning

I like everything about this hotel. It has the potential to be a 4 star hotel only if the owners spent some money.

I enjoyed my stay at the Le Peninsula Bay Beach Resort and spa. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. The lady cleaning my room was extremely helpful and changed my towel every day with clean ones. I enjoyed the food, we had Indian nights Chinese night and Italian night. I truly enjoyed international cuisine. The bar staff was very kind as I enjoyed a brandy late in the evening with my Cigar. I was on all inclusive. They put two bottles of water in your rooms everyday.

You pay for what you get. Good amenities with the pool and lounges out front. Good buffets and drinks. The downside is the rooms are a wee bit tired. Good value for your pound, don't expect a 5 star complex. Very friendly staff. Very convient to location to airport
