Room: Lack of wardrobe & place for the luggage. The beach is short and too close to the port water is not really clean, not good for snorkeling.

It was all fantastic. Beautiful beach side room with large very comfortable bed. Restaurants were great serving delicious food. La Nautic restaurant was exceptional. All staff were very attentive and treated you like royalty.

The cocktails could have been a little bit better

The food was amazing, especially on Christmas Eve and New Years Eve. There was a good mix of entertainment throughout the day and in the evening (we particularly liked the aqua gym!).

Some of the staffs were a bit impolite in the restaurant asking if we finished our meal on several occasions while we were still eating but otherwise the food was great

The evening entertainment was lovely but was very loud and could be heard in the rooms past 11pm each evening, which wasn’t ideal when we wanted a relaxing evening.

We enjoyed everything in this resort... from the time we entered, our concierge, Krishna, was absolutely amazing, he saw to every need or answered every question we had. He made us feel right at home. The standard beachfront room we booked does have a view of the bay, but like in all resorts, it is not unobstructed views. The room it's self was just like in the pictures, very neat, clean, comfortable and was cleaned daily. We also had the all inclusive package, so it was buffets for breakfast, lunch and supper, were it was a different variety each day, and tasted amazing. The facilities and the hotel itself was very well maintained and always clean. There was also excellent entertainment each and every day by the bravo team. The whole team ensured that there were activities to do from morning to night, especially for kids, but for me personally, Gabrielle and Julian were the stand out guys who always stopped to have a chat and made us enjoy our stay even more. The water sports if in the all inclusive includes the glass bottom boat, unlimited water ski, even for beginners, pedal boats, kayaking and if I am not mistaken snorkeling. The staff of Mauricia was also amazing from the waiters to the chefs, to the receptionists whom all made us feel at home. We would definitely book here again.

Pictures can be decieving. The property requires a lot of renovation. Its quite old compared to the new ones and even with the sister hotels under beachcomber.

We realised as soon as we arrived that we had made a dreadful mistake. The property is very tired and in need of a full refurbishment. We had breakfast which was very unappetising and then spoke to the management about our concerns. They tried to find an alternative hotel in the group for the 6 nights we were staying in Mauritius but they had nothing available so they agreed to give us a full refund. We are still waiting 10days later.

It's a pity that only at the end of our stay we found out that we can go on a free boat ride, snorkelling or sunset tour. We need to inform you about this opportunity upon arrival

First of all - the team! Staff is very friendly, try to help and make the stay even more relax and wonderful. I would like to thanks the manager Jonathan and his warm welcome. Secondly, the chef outdid himself every time! Fish, meat, pasta, pizza, etc - all dishes at breakfast, lunch and dinner - were delicious. Thirdly, the rooms are well equiped, new furniture, very clean. All over it was an excellent stay, animation program - aqua gym, dances etc. evening program are super, the beach was comfortable. the lagoon - warm and colorful. And finally the spa - real dzen in the oasis of tropical trees.

We had a fantastic vacation and liked everything about this place - big and spacious, lovely park around the hotel, clean and comfy rooms, amazing sea view, delicious food, great evening entertainment, free of charge sea sports, lovely beach with white sand, lovely pool and enough space for everyone on the beach. The hotel is really close to the town and there are many small shops and supermarket in walking distance. The public beach is really close as well, but it's nothing to compare with the beach in front of the hotel. We enjoyed very much the option that we can visit also the other hotels from the Beachcomber chain, so we've spent a day on the beach also at Cannonier and Viktoria. The hotel staff is really polite, supportive and helpful. @Krishna/team - thank you for your warm welcome and kind support during our stay!!! I definitely recommend this place for your Mauritius vacation! :)

Mosquitoes are everywhere, hotel do provide sprays and plug ins for rooms but I would definitely suggest taking a repellent for when your sat out.

Absolutely perfect hotel, beach location, lots of pools for smaller children too. photographs are online do not do this hotel justice. Great choice at meal times, love that water sports and boat trip are included in the stay.

We did not understand what was “Bravo” organisation about as the Bravo team interacted only with Italian people, you might say it felt like holidays in Italy as there were so many italians. The pie and cake section during meals was sometimes occupied with birds, I would reccommend to have a staff there all the time so the birds would not eat the food instead of people.

So far our best hotel experience, we enjoyed our staying very much. Great food, amazing cocktails, all inclusive is a must. Great and comfy bed, very clean rooms. Water sports are included in a price, glass bottom boat included.

There is a woman near reception, who sells tours for casela or boat tour… She didn’t pay attention for us so I booked our tours from the taxi guys who gets you from airport to hotel.

Best hotel in mauritius, 1st for the price and 1st for performance. Rooms are so close to the sea, you don’t have to change 2-3 golf cars for transport. Sea, pool, volleyball, beach bar, kano, padeling, everthing is too close to each other. You can reach every facility easily. With coconut milkshake you can taste the best pina colada at beach bar. Night activities are perfect also they finish at 11pm so anyone will not be angry for noise. Hotel employees are so kind and helpful. Beach football, beachvolley every activity is perfect, sea is gorgeous, fruits are the best. 13.09.2023 Alp Karacoban.
