Our stay here was great! The staff was very nice and helpful and the food was really good. There was a lot of activities to choose from, the beach was nice too. Overall great experience, would recommend!

My bungalow was located at the very end of the resort. There was quite a bit of walk from there everywhere.

The beach was splendid. There was enough variety of available food both for lunch and dinner. The room was very comfortable.

Amazingly friendly staff, so kind and attentive. The food was delicious and we stayed in a five star after and actually preferred the food at La Pirogue. Huge range and delicious. Coconut beach and grounds just made it a perfect setting. Enough beach beds and shade options for families with babies. Free beach water. And once again…..excellent staff, they couldn’t have been nicer.

The hotel is beautifully situated in a green park, with direct access to the wonderful beach. The food in all restaurants was delicious, there were also enough vegetarian options. What we especially appreciated was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. There are numerous water sport options included, like kayaking, sailing, snorkelling, etc. We will definitely come again!

I.was really surprised and didn't expect the quality to be that great. All the staff was very friendly.and helpful. The room very spacious and clean. I celebrated my birthday.and was upgraded on both rooms that.were booked. That was a.really.nice.and unexpected touch. Service in restaurants was amazing. Very good choice of food in the. All day dining restaurant. The only.negative side was during check in we were not informed that we.can dine in.Sugar Beach.as well on HB. We wanted to try.one of their restaurants which was on the beach and were kicked out but later found out that we could eat in their restaurants.

Check in was slightly haphazard so we got missed for welcome drink but not a big deal. It would be good to have the option (and knowledge) to book the non buffet restaurants in advance.

Beautiful beach, lovely friendly staff and a really relaxed vibe, loved the lush palm trees everywhere and the individual cabanas which blend naturally into the landscape. Loved the beach and relaxing under the palm trees. Spa at the neighbouring (connected) resort was wonderfully relaxing. Buffet was excellent and the cabanas in the pool made it feel much more individual. Pool was beautiful and walk in for kids, excellent design. Our daughter loved the slide (after the first go!) - she also loved dancing to the various (all excellent) bands in the evening.

the price is expensive., the room size is small .87 for the half bord, the drinks also expensive not only that the hotel provide only one bottle of water only 750ml per day !!!!!!!!! but they provide cooler near the pool and the lobby that can you have your water, but the cooler only in the day time , in the evening you dont have any water. and if you want in the dinner to drink water you need to pay for it (the price is x4 time the outside hotel price) .

the beach , the room the view ,and the bungalow the food is vary and delicious, the hotel provide extra service for free just like snorkel, kayak paddles and more.

Just a small things to improve (nothing that is critical): add some paint to the mini golf/ ping pong tables. Check carefully the glass water bottles : some of them have tears in the necks sealing surface

Wonderful! Hard to beat location, beach and staff. Great food and excellent flexibility towards vegan food offers. Excellent gardens.

The beach is great , the pool deck is lovely and the beach dinner/barbeque was excellent! The staff are friendly and helpful. The senior service coordinator , Prayag at the evening dinner was exceptional. He always looked after us and could do enough for us. The management arranged a very special celebration for us on our anniversary and it was excellent.

Pricey taxi when ordering from afar, at times loud music at dinner, but one can escape to the far end of the restaurant.

Charming architecture with detached bungalows, super clean, wonderful greenery, large clean beach with views, staff very helpful and super friendly without exception, perfect service incl good wifi and good food. Makes much better impression than the nearby resorts to the south.

Poor service: Check-in very complicated, with 3 different people, and even then they didn't provide much info e.g. we can use the restaurants of the adjoining hotel (we discovered this on our final day). Activities not well communicated: list in reception where you only go when leaving hotel. Check-out very impersonal too: they don't even ask how,was your stay. Some staff don't speak English or,French...even in the bar. ATM is a 35 min walk (reception told us 15 min).

Wonderful hotel, beautufully laid iut in hut villages among the palm trees. Best beach, good restaurants, watersports. Big hotel but never feels crowded. Supermarket 10 mins walk.

While staff were very friendly and keen to please, service could be slow. One of our party is gluten free (advised prior to arrival) and food options were limited, with staff unsure what to do at times.

Location - right on a beautiful white sand beach with turquoise water. Great leisure facilities for guest use - kayaks, paddle boards, pedalos, glass bottom boat, mini golf, table tennis, badminton variation Friendly staff, good quality food. Great check out system, especially use of a room to shower if leaving on a late flight
