The only negative point goes to the tours. We did the Chamarel tour and the hotel couldn't give us a good information about the tour. We payed for it, later they said it was free for guest, but then we had already payed for the lunch included in the tour and it was not the best of the experiences. I do not recommend the book a tour with the hotel. But besides that everything was great.

Beautiful hotel, friendly staff, really nice restaurants. The gardens are beautiful, the room is big, though little too dark. We had amazing days there. You have also the possibilities to do snorkeling, stand up paddle and other kind of stuffs. The spa is also great. Check in process could bet a little bit faster.

The cleaning of our room was always done very late and speedily , could have been more thorough ie.bathrooms, table tops and balconies could have been given more attention

It was winter, so on a couple of days, there was some rain, but there was plenty to do to avoid it, and every room had an umbrella provided!

The whole atmosphere was relaxing and friendly, helped by a team of wonderful stagg who couldn't do enough. We couldn't find fault in anything. The food was great with plenty of choices of a la carte and buffet. The beach and pool were clean and well served with plenty of sum beds, etc. The spa was lovely and relaxing, and the golf course was stunning. The room was large with a sofa, balcony, minibar, 2 washbasins, bath, and great shower. There was a walk-in wardrobe for clothes with plenty of hangers. On departure day, being able to book a 30-minute slot in a well served changing room was a nice touch, as was still being able to access the food and refreshments included in our booking. We will return.

3 of our party were ill for a couple of days - we concluded it was calamari as all 3 had it . After speaking to one or 2 people it sounded like quite a few guests had similar - not sure how that might be looked at in terms of finding the cause in a “ public health way “ The system of using / exchanging beach towels was very confusing and seemed to change daily ! Nobody seemed to know what was happening consistently

Very relaxing time which was the intention of trip . Beach and bars very close to beach - quite a strong current in the sea not far out so need to be confident swimmer . Food at breakfast and dinner very good with lots of restaurant choice .

Hotel was amazing. Three pools, beach access, tennis courts, gym, bikes etc. great sea views with crystal clear water. The best thing about the hotel has to be the service of the staff. Special thanks to Vymal for amazing cocktails as well as Olivier, Denis, Diresh and all other staff. Best restaurant was Infinity Blue and included with the all inclusive package. Would bother going to the restaurants you pay for as food was no better than infinity blue (we ate Gin Ja, Annabellas and C Beach Club). All in all a great trip, would highly recommend.

Main Restaurant and the Indian Restaurant are delipidated and not up to standard. Staff are arrogant and unhelpful. Reception staff are most unhelpful and so extremely nonchalant!

GOLF , POOL and the Infinity Blue restaurant was stunning. The staff at the Infinity Blue Bar and Restaurant are phenomenal and made our stay worth it in the end. Food was GOOD. The staff in the little boutique shop were friendly and helpful!

The coordination between staff. We often recieved conflicting information.

Everything was amazing, the architecture of the hotel, the room, the SPA, the entertainments, the activities, the beach, .... We will come back but the next time we will probably not dine at the Indian or the Italian restaurants, they were good but not as good as the other ones. We hughly recommend the hotel and it's all inclusive.

If you want to have food at C Beach you have to book in advance even if its included in the package.

The included activities such as paddle board, snorkeling, kayak, tennis, pingpong, archery… great to have all these things on site. The restaurants on offer are also varied and the breakfast buffet was very good and wide offer.

We really loved this hotel the staff were excellent especially the friendly staff in the spa so helpful and the reception team who allowed us to prolong our stay after checkout. We benefited from a complimentary massage each which was an amazing treat and the spa team were so helpful in enabling this for us despite it being only one night stay. Mauritian night was delicious, the cocktails and bar team were spot on and the location is beautiful will 100% be returning as there is so much more we would love to enjoy from this hotel.

Everything was great, nothing negative

We stayed in Heritage Awali for three nights in September. Our stay was exceptional. The resort’s location was perfect, overlooking the Indian Ocean with the waves visibly breaking at the barrier reef in the distance. The resort had an excellent spa - we did a 45min complimentary back massage which was great and above exception. The spa also has an outdoor spa that is free to use any time and adds another level of relaxation. The food and service was top notch - we had no trouble booking the a la carte restaurants on the day we arrived for our stay. Our room was spacious and clean and had everything you need for a comfortable stay including an iron. The resort has three pools including an infinity pool and an area to relax directly by a private beach. No problem finding a spot even when sleeping in. We also took a trip to the neighbour sister hotel and had lunch there , a very picturesque 10min walk on the beach and would definitely recommend it.

Great price for premium all inclusive. The additional meal locations were amazing! The food was fantastic. We only had the buffet very few times due to our short time with premium package but it was fine and a delight. The temperature was lovely and the sea was nice. A little different than somewhere like the Maldives where you can easily snorkel from your room, here you needed to reserve to snorkel but it is all for environmental reasons to help preserve the coral which is suffering from a bleach out. The snorkeling was great, the C Beach club water sports were great to have as well. The free 45 minute massage on arrival was a treat! The golfing package for the inclusive packages were amazing as well if you are a golfer. It is a great course and a lovely time to golf during July for us.
