Generally the food was not that great for the price you pay.

The bacon is uneatable and the sausages were also not that good. Rest of the breakfast was good.

Needs updating and refurbishing with some of the furniture. The wooden rails on the staircases and the doors and door frames could do with some staining and polishing. Surprisingly the rooms don’t have their own ironing board and iron unlike other hotels round the world that I’ve stayed in. However, housekeeping were very responsive and provided us with one as requested (although the iron was old and rusty and so I decided not to use it in case it burns my clothes).

Location and access to the beach, choice of restaurants and selections of food, decor at the reception area, wonderful views and well-kept gardens and foliage, great staff who are very polite and friendly and helpful and workers who look after the grounds, great wait staff and porters and cleaners who keep the rooms and facilities clean .

The restaurants didn't open for dinner until 6.30 which was hard with a 9mth old to feed.

I was disappointed that the "bottomless" boat is only available twice a day. ALSO due to the boats belonging to the resort if bookings are cancelled - there should be an additional trip added for those who were not able to go out to sea. Example my booking was for 10.30 but it rained from early in the morning. HOWEVER at 12.30 the weather was perfect.

The staff can be overly attentive but when you try to arrange something there is no attention to detail as staff on the desk change constantly and appear to not know what has happened before. The tipping system should be made clear so that the people you want to tip get the money.

People at the reception had a nice behaviour but sometimes we had to call or talk to them several times to get what we needed. For instance, the first day, while delivering luggages, they lost my hoodie, which was finally found but I had to call them 5-6 times so that they wouldn't forget to check. I didn't expect this from a hotel with such a quality. The hotel offered some free water activities but almost every day it was cancelled because of the weather condition. For us this was not reasonable as the other centers were continuing their activities on all these days. So we were wondering what decision the hotel would have made if these activities were not for free? I doubt they would have cancelled it so easily.

The food was really rich and tasty, specially at "la citronelle" restaurant. Very nice designs and decorations all over the hotel. Big and nice room with a direct access to the beach.

The property itself is stunning and has everything you could want for your stay. The rooms are beautiful. The staff couldn't be nicer and more accommodating, you are really looked after. The food was outstanding - including in the buffet. We loved it so much - we will be back!

The half pension or all inclusive options are too expensive compared to the breakfast only option.

The hotel is beautiful and Constance's standard of customer service is exceptional. The food buffets have much variety and it all tastes wonderful.

Architecture, layout and landscaping of the resort. Relaxing atmosphere all over the hotel. Great pools and beach. The entire staff was very attentive and super responsive to all requests. Food was great at all restaurants that we tried.

Lunch restaurant need to work more in the taste and menus price.

Every thing was awesome, warm welcoming and hospitality, facilities are wonderful, view amazing beach as well nice spa best part of the resort. Best staff resort is lucky to have such as well trained people especially for reception at arrival employee name joy very helpful, house keeping are very professional and helpful neema from house keeping made our stay so comfortable. And gust relationship sandrine very helpful until the last moment of the stay I would love to come again soon.

1. The resort, like others, is giving the option to do some water activities, when we arrived and wanted to book snorkelling, they told us that they place only 4 days from now which wasn’t relevant because we checked out by then. 2. The room was nice and good size, but there were few problems. First the hot and cold tap in the bathtub didn’t work, we needed to call a guy to fix it. Second, the shower was leaking to the bathroom floor and to the toilet. Third, The toilet glass door didn’t close properly. 3. This category of room is a bit far away from the dining area and reception 4. Not many places in the parking lot. 5. The stuff don’t really help/know with recommendations about attractions and restaurants outside the hotel

The resort is beautiful and big. The beach is wonderful, the stuff is very polite and friendly. We celebrated our honeymoon so they put in our room white sparkling wine and fruits, and invited us for a dinner in one of the resort’s restaurants - was great! Also, once a week the management of the hotel are doing a management cocktail gathering and they pick a few hotel’s guests to come and to say pros and cons about the hotel, it was nice. Very big dining room with lots of options. Lots of pools in the resort.

Things were disorganised at times. Staff would tell you one thing and another thing would happen. Service could be slow. When you're paying that much, you expect delight but that didn't happen. It was satisfactory. Kids club for 7-11 could be better. Advertised scuba diving that went for an hour and a half and it lasted 15 min. Disappointed child.

Resort was beautiful, has everything you could think of. View was amazing. Kids club for under 6 year olds was great. Staff were very friendly to the kids. The golf buggy drivers were always super helpful. House cleaning was great and service on arrival was amazing.

Absolutely stunning place 😍 Every corner of this hotel is like from a magazine. We stayed in 1 room - my mom,sister and me, we had a girls family trip and it was very comfortable to stay in 1 room. The beds are amazing, staff are very helpful and always smiling. All very clean. We were on half board and my sister is lactose intolerant, the chef Vishnu made sure she always had a desert and something to eat. Amazing holidays ❤️

We had the half-board option and it was fantastic, the La Citronelle Buffet was the best, staff, facilities and recreation was phenomenal. There was always something to do around the resort and plenty for kids. Stunning
