Location is more of a residential area but this was not a problem as it was a beautiful town and the locals were very kind. It was also moments away from the bus stop, so traveling was still possible even without a car. My only problem was I wish I had more time in Mauritius!

The host here was one of the kindest people and genuine people I’ve ever met! He went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and to help me find my way around the island, even arranging a personal ride for me to go on a hike on far away part of the island. Local street food is cheap, delicious and easy to find! Breakfast was simple but beautiful. Fresh fruit and lovely crusty bun with butter and a tasty fruit spread. Also served with coffee or tea, all served by the beautiful host himself! If you came to Mauritius just to meet him you would have the most lovely vacation :)

Smoke from people smoking outdoor area entering into bedrooms as the inner garden is well enclosed without enough ventilation to disperse the smoke. Mahebourg could be kept a lot cleaner if the City Council could control Street cleaning Waste collection and have all empty site fenced off so as to avoid illegal dumping.

The owner's and Staff friendly welcome and willingness to help guests to overcome any small problems. The general relaxed atmosphere of the place.

The water stream from the faucet wasn't consistently smooth: occasionally, there was either too little or too much pressure. However, this didn't significantly affect my experience. Everything else was perfect!

This is a modest yet well-equipped accommodation located in the heart of Mahebourg. It offers everything you need to ensure a comfortable stay for a few days. The owners are incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The breakfast was simple but exquisite, and you can also make your own tea or coffee throughout the day. The location is great, in a quiet street extremely close to the waterfront, supermarkets, restaurants, bus stop and bus terminal, which make it very easy to reach the nearest beaches. As a solo traveler, I felt safe and comfortable here. I would definitely recommend it!

Yunus was so friendly and welcoming, and helpful for tips on getting around. He even dropped me off at the airport when there were no taxis available. The location is good, very close to the bus for Blue Bay and also a short walk into Mahébourg centre, with nice restaurants around. Yunus and Jill are also very easygoing and accommodating for breakfast and you can use the tea and coffee facilities anytime. They were also very generous in letting me leave my things on my checkout day as I had a late evening flight. The room and bathroom are quite basic but match the price and were both clean. For a low cost and very welcoming stay I definitely recommend.

The owner Younnus is the friendliest Guy you can Imagine. Always singing and good minded. Would do everything for you. Perfekt Location for a stay near the Airport. By Bus /Taxi 15 minutes to Blue Bay. Restaurants in Walking distance.

Basic accommodation but very clean and comfortable. Location to airport is great (we needed 10 min by car in the early morning) and the owner - absolutely incredible! Super friendly, super uncomplicated, he gave us a nice wake-up call to not miss our early morning flight and had coffee and a breakfast ready for us to get us started as fast as possibly :) absolutely lovely!

The staff were very friendly and helpful but not intrusive. He answered all my questions. Just ask if you have a problem, maybe they can solve it. The breakfast was a fresh bread roll with jam, and fruits, which was enough to start the day. This is a good value for money accomodation for a few days.
