The staff with the exception of Jodie and Kiran at reception were not very friendly. They looked overworked and quite sad actually. No smiles or eagerness to help. There was lots of confusion in the kitchen over egg orders at breakfast, with us and other guests.

Breakfast was the same daily. Should be changed to accommodate longer staying guests. Room was sooooo good; beyond our expectations. Seafood was delicious and at a good price for a 5 star resort. My food intolerances were also accommodated.

A lot of things require 24 hour advance booking - activities and restaurants. So do think ahead.

Lovely relaxed atmosphere. Great setting and beach. Very clean and conformable. Staff were very accommodating.

Need a car or taxi to move around the island. Sea water is not transparent and wifi in the beach doesn’t work properly. Beach full of rocks and pebbles. Definitely recommend swimming pool. 1 hour drive from airport.

Cozy hotel with nicely decorated and big rooms. Inside room pool with warm water is a dream. Staff are welcoming and sweet always ready to make the stay memorable. Food is great.

The beach wasnt great. It wasnt so nice for walking in and out and swimming. The hotels further along had fantastic beaches although much bigger complexes. The food was dissapointing.

Very quiet and relaxing, everything was very clean and the staff incredibly friendly and helpful. Our room was lovely and the private pool was perfect for night time and just to have privacy and the afternoon sun.

Spa - Fee to use the spa, not worth it Not enough activities, e.g. no early morning yoga classes Beach not great, very little sand and quite rocky.

One male staff at the reception was rude and made my check in very late i was waiting more than an hour and when I asked him he said it will take 10 minutes but it took more than half an hour.

I didn't like lighting at night because it was too dark and couldn't take nice pictures also there wasn't enough mirrors in the room or around the resort.

Poor quality plastic bottled water [vital] + shower gel + noone at reception after 12am + lights all black out in reception area around 2am + plastic cups and glass in bedroom + coconut tree right in front so very min partial sea view suite. + birds dropping and swimming in private pool more than us + could have a glass panel by edge of pool suite for more safety especially for kids + slippery bathroom no non slip matt/bath matt provided + hotel slippers with wooden floor makes it more slippery esp wen wet!! Falling hazard +kids club is a joke. No one there and you have to stay with your kid.. very very small and minimum toys.. my kids play room is much more bigger + lizards in bedroom!!!! + overall not value for money. I personally found it too expensive for wat we received and it was bfast only package. Complete Rip off! Not wat I expected at that price.

The only disadvantage is quite remote area. For some, however, this might be an advantage as they can relax completely, surrounded only by the nature.

The resort is stunningly beautiful. Spacious rooms, bathrooms especially, excellent architecture, perfect staff and excellent chef. Combined with the amazing spa service you get what you need to relax completely.

Staff were friendly but service was very slow at breakfast and dinner. My husband waited 1 hour for his beer to arrive! We were offered a romantic turndown as we were on honeymoon but we never received it. I also turned up for a beach yoga class that was advertised but again this never materialised. These issues may be down to us going out of season and new staff being trained up ready for summer but it was a shame not to have 5 star service on our honeymoon.

Bedroom with private pool was beautiful. Lovely beach and pool area too. Breakfast and dinner were good with lots of choice.
