United KingdomLittle things - we had no batteries in our TV control. We had to ask multiple times for ice to be brought to our room, which took over an hour to come. Sometimes, it seemed like the staff didn't communicate with each other as we had requested a romantic breakfast at reception and on the morning off the breakfast staff where unaware of our request.
Best all-inclusive food we've ever eaten (Almond Croissants all day). Rooms were clean, the bed was huge and extremely comfortable. Staff were very accommodating and even advised us to exchange money in town rather than at the hotel.

SwitzerlandThe room was too cold. We complaint the Airconditioning was very cold adjusted. We opened the window and put off this cold AC. Put on the Ventilator. But the room was so cold, that the floor and walls was already completely wet, when we arrived. Though we had to try it. The Staff did not offer a new room. This is what we complain. The Staff should moor respect what customers say.
It was a pleasure to be in Antara IKO Mauritius. The kitchen was very good and friendly.

SwitzerlandThe breakfast, I felt the quality was not as good as in some other 5-star resorts. There are birds flying around the area where food is served eating bread under the napkins that try to cover food from the birds. I felt it’s not very hygienic.
Kids club is great with very nice personnel. I also like the restaurants and the spa treatments.

GermanyHowever the stuff (even though they are nice, polite and they try their best!) seems to lack a good management and communication… People are there and even though they are working hard, they are not aligned hence guests are not happy with the outcome… You can see it in room service, servers and the rest of the crew. And I writing this with a broken heart because I appreciated all they have done to us. On top of it, the hotel takes an advantage of the location and the fact of no other gastronomy option beside theirs in the area. Long story short - take all inclusive. Open buffet (with waaay better food options) costs 2500 MRU (ca 50€) per person. A la carte restaurant cost for 2x wines, 2x app and 2 mains will be around 100€ too. So easy math :) The a la carte restaurants are overpriced and do not match the quality. Staff is just a group of headless chicken. I do not get the idea behind it, however it was what I have found. I believe with a bit of an effort and good management they can level up easily. However it did not happen during my stay.
Nice location and a very interesting concept. The beach and the sea, close to the Blur Bay as well as the activities in the hotel make it comfy. Also, the hotel is very new ;)

Omanthe food selection was limited choice that in an isolated area with no delivery service outside there should be loads of options variety of cuisine options.

United KingdomThe hotel is set in the nature reserve which is beautiful but meant that that sea is slightly rougher here than other areas on the island.
The staff at this hotel were lovely and amazingly helpful. We had to book in an emergency due to our plane being delayed over two nights and the staff were so helpful throughout. We also had the buffet dinner which was delicious and had a huge amount of variety.
