The shower was disappointing. Low water pressure and difficult to set a adequate temperature, the water was either freezing or too warm for me.

Breakfast was okay, but not brilliant, also, no real hot options for vegetarians, the scrambled eggs contained ham. We only had breakfast in the hotel once, then went hunting elsewhere. Shower temperature was difficult to control, think the cold water pressure on upper floors was low.

Rooms were great for one or two people, which is what we booked. Location was good, on the sea front. Staff were very helpful making arrangements to get three rooms located near each other and then extending the stay so we could keep the same three rooms on two occasions.

The room was quite small and it was located on the street side so it was very noisy till late night. Bathroom was clean but was inconvenient to take proper shower due to water pressure when it turns to hot water. If you wanted to shower only in cold water. Cannot imagine longer stay like this.

The stay in general was good despite of the weather. It was bit windy and chill outside. Very nice breakfast and hotel restaurant.

The hotel is right next to the sea, but the hotel didn't have any place for customers to sit and enjoy the view, because the outdoor pool was closed and so was the sunbathing area. I had a window facing the street, so I didn't benefit from the location of the hotel in any way. The shower only had a rain shower, nothing to hold...

Air conditioning/cooling good and self-adjustable. The room was spacious and clean.

The shower requires maintenance, the water was either ice cold or boiling hot making it hard to take a shower. Even after a technician tried to fix it wasn’t solved completely.

The room was spacious and comfortable with a nice balcony with a great view to the sea. The desk on the room is good enough to work from a computer for some days.

The room was great full of natural light and with a wonderful sea view, which I truly appreciate it. Had a body scrub and massage at Soul solutions. My therapist and my treatment was absolutely great.

You have a lovely baby grand piano in the lobby, however its clearly not played and its incredibly out of tune - could perhaps get it tuned, its not expensive to do - I would have enjoyed playing it. Also it would have been nice to have the option of buying some snacks (crisps / chocolate) from the little bar area next to reception. Im not criticising the hotel as I had a wonderful stay - these are purely suggestions.

I loved the view from the balcony, I liked that you couldnt hear traffic noise ... The staff were very pleasant ... The breakfast options (for me) were great ... The room and bed were comfortable and clean - I would definitely book here again.

The walls are not soundproof at all and very thin so any noise from other rooms is easily heard. The ac could not be turned off even if it was not needed as it's not yet summer

The staff was always super nice and helpful for everything. The hotel is recently renovated and in a very good position right beside the sea. Additionally the room was always replenished with coffee which could be made using the provided kettle and there is a free water fountain in the lobby.

These are a list of thing that i thing could be improved: - Add items to the minibar to be sold. Right now is just an empty mini fridge - Provide slippers to the guests. The ceramic tiles on the floor are cold in the winter / spring. The slipper and a bathrobe can be used by guests going downstairs to the SPA - Doublecheck the cleanliness of items before a guest checks in. In my case, i did not use the water heater for coffee/tea, because it had stains inside.

The room i was assigned was great value for money spent. - very large room and bathroom - comfortable bed I haven't had breakfast at the location, but i did taste their kitchen's pizza and coffees / beer from the bar. I have only good words for them. The location is great for relaxing, close enough to the attractions by foot or bus (there is a bus station just outside of the hotel) but far enough from the city noise.

As it was relatively cold at the time I visited the location, I wish that the airco could be turned off.

This was a clean place at the first floor, with friendly staff. It has a good bathroom with shower, toilet and sink, 2 separate beds, ... It's located next to the water way. A water heater was provided as well as coffee and tea. Public transport is nearby, as well as resto's, a Spar supermarket, ...

Too hot centralized heating, AC was disabled for cool mode and took more than a night to be fixed. Rooms are pretty basic. Too repeated breakfast options.

No information about local area, transport or trips in reception. Breakfast was only 2* quality and monotonous for my 16 night stay. Probably ok if you only stay a couple of nights. There was 10% off restaurant prices for hotel guests (restaurant and coffee shop are run independently) but no notices or info in reception. Hotel rooms tired and need updating. Shower ran luke warm on last morning and air con stopped working for last two days.

The position of the hotel was excellent. Filtered water available 24 hours Fridge and tea/coffee making facilities in room.

I went during the off season, so the swimming pool was closed off and there was barely anyone there. While I knew the pool was closed when I was booking, it's a little shame that I wasn't given a room that looked out into the ocean, and instead, had a room that faced the road and opposite buildings. The Wifi in my room barely worked at all.

It was locoated in a very good place along the waterfront, and the hotel itself was a nice experience to stay at. It was quite and staff were very friendly! Large room for a cheap price. Despite the prie, quality of the room was still very high. There's free parking on the streets in front of the hotel. There's also a bus stop.
