We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomFurniture was weird; looked like an Ikea distress sale! Not enough storage in the bathroom. No lighting by the desk or seating area. No tissues, cotton wool or body lotion. Asked for tissues and loo rolls arrived! The spa was good but only took cash.
Room was very spacious. Bed comfortable enough. Asked for more pillows that arrived quickly. Small but ok balcony overlooking the pool. Breakfast was excellent. Bar was cosy and comfortable. Pool was very nice and the indoor pool was warm and inviting. Decent position on the sea. Not overlooked from the sea side of the property

SerbiaRoom is not renovated till the end, so we didn’t have mirror in the room. I asked the reception 7 days in a row for a mirror, but no solution. That was dissapointing. There is no eletric outlet in the bathroom, so we couldn’t use small bathroom mirror while drying hair. There was no shelf to put shampoo or bathgel in the shower.
Breakfast was really satisfying, with different variety of food, everything fresh and warm. Staff is kind and willing to help in the breakfast area. Rooms are spacious, renovated. We had amazing sea view.

Location on the bay was great, and plenty of good restaurants and bars within easy walking distance. Staff were always pleasant and helpful. Pool/s in a city location are a bonus.

United KingdomThe bar area is too small, never busy because the bar prices are far too expensive, we was charged €8 Euros for one coke & one Fanta. The bar needs to be bigger and longer, with entertainment for guests who don’t want to go out sometimes, completely dead atmosphere in the hotel all the time, nothing going on. Also, the lifts are absolutely terrible. They don’t work and take you to the wrong floors , up and down. Takes 10 minutes to get from the 4th floor to reception.
The breakfast was good, a great varied selection. The location is perfect, the pool area is nice.

United KingdomThe only slight downside is the situation with the lifts if you are on upper floors. They are slow and at peak times you can be waiting a while.
Excellent location, great sea view, good sized rooms. There was a great variety on offer at breakfast with plenty of seating available. Staff were all very pleasant and helpful.

United KingdomOnly gripe was the showers we had 2 rooms and both showers came with a choice of burn your own skin off or freeze no happy medium. Bonus of this was made the teenage girls hurry up to get out and not faff beautifying themselves!
Nice hotel, good location, Clean and tidy. Fresh pool towels available everyday and pleasant staff. Breakfast was good, wide range of cooked foods and pastries.

United KingdomAs a constant pain suffer due to disability, it is difficult as the beds are very hard so had little sleep. A few things in our suite we’re looking a little tired…cupboard door fell off which was repaired. Others were looking as though they could also. Shower drain cover moved underfoot! Carpet outside our room was looking thread bare. Hopefully, they have further revamp plans which will rectify these issues.
Great choice of breakfasts with wonderful staff there to help if needed. We’ve stayed at this hotel before and we love it. Can’t wait to return. It’s situation is incredible! Most of facilities are good but a few were unavailable.

The open clothes hanging area plus the very small wardrobe spoil the appearance and ambiance of the room. The room also lacks anywhere to hang damp towels. A few rails and hooks please.
