LOVED EVERYTHING! From how beautiful the rooms were, the amazing view, the location, and especially the service of the staff! Travelled with kids and the staff were super attentive to their needs. From toys to toiletries, and the adorable mini bath robes and room slippers. Great stay throughout the 3 nights! Convenient to link to all the nearby malls/hotels too!

We loved everything!

The hotel is fabulous inside and out. The staff are exceptional, every single person we encountered was helpful, friendly and happy. The hotel manager went out of his way to ensure our stay was memorable, he went above and beyond making us feel like royalty! I cannot speak highly enough about the hotel and the staff..

we arrived at 2:45 and the room was not ready, so they upgraded us. we could see the eiffel tower and big ben from our room. room was massive, they provided Ren cleansing oil and Sachajuan haircare which are amazing. swimming pools was great, staff were very helpful.

The hotel was fantastic. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the room was immaculate. The breakfast selection was extensive and they catered for a food allergy with care and attention. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful. The manager was excellent and greeted us on arrival. The pools were great and heated. Our child didn’t want to leave and hasn’t stopped cuddling her teddy bear that she was given. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We’ll be back.

Room was not smelling like fresh upon check in. It was quickly fixed by the butler.

The bed and pillows were incredibly soft, akin to being enveloped by a cloud, making me feel as though I were gently drawn inside.

From the moment we arrived, we were thoroughly impressed by the level of hospitality and attention to detail. First and foremost, I must commend their staff for their professionalism and warmth. Their dedication to ensuring that every aspect of our stay was comfortable did not go unnoticed. It truly made our visit all the more memorable. The availability and ease of taxi services greatly contributed to our convenience, allowing us to explore the area with ease. One particular highlight of our stay was the inviting ambience of your lobby. The complimentary light snacks and refreshing beverages were delightful and provided the perfect opportunity to unwind after a day of activities. Overall, our experience exceeded our expectations, and we look forward to returning in the near future.

The reception area quite crowded around check in time and I can't find any seats to wait while check in and waiting for the room. There is only 1 restroom for each gender at reception floor. The room have fridge but it's all full with merchandise so you can't store your food in the fridge since it will automatically charge you when you move out the items.

Hotel connect to other hotel "Londoner" shopping mall and casino. They provide butler service unlike other hotel. There are Nespresso machine, capsules and tea with tea cup, coffee cup even wine glass and extra sufficient drinking water.

The overall ambiance and welcoming atmosphere of this hotel made it a very special little trip, the staff where attentive and always charming. The St Regis Bar rightly deserves its place as one of th best bars in the world

The hotel is great and got an amazing view from our room. The hotel staffs are all very friendly and knowledgeable. Each night we are surprised with mini cakes and mini presents in our room. Want to say special thank to the male staff working on the lower lobby on the 23/2 who helped me and my aunt with directions to the shuttle bus station. You were amazing! ❤️

Very friendly and attentive staff, remembered our names and initiated nice conversations during our stay. Ryan was very helpful and reserved a driver service for our trip. The room feels grand and spacious, and the bed was comfortable. The butlers were doing their best to give us a perfect stay.
