Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

ThailandThe pool was drained due to weather, which wasn’t advertised. I had explained that the trip was for my friend’s birthday but they opted to put us in the tower with renovations and loud noise. However, they did move us upon request.
The room was lovely, clean and comfortable with an excellent bathroom.

South KoreaPlease give detail information about the shuttle bus in Booking.com Hotel information page. Sheraton Grand Macau Hotel is located south of the Londner building, so those who make a reservation can take the shuttle bus to the Londner Hotel at the ferry terminal, airport, etc.

MalaysiaDuring the check - in procedure , the staff didn't allow me to check in because the name on my Booking.com account isn't the same as in my passport, despite me showing them the booking number. I have been booking hotels with Booking.com for more than 10 yrs under this account name, never have I been denied to check in just because the name in Booking.com isnt my full name. In the end I showed them the credit card that was used to make the booking, then they were fine.
Good breakfast, great service, staff was very helpful. Staff helped me check for the nearest pharmacy as I was looking for one.

United KingdomCheck in involved a few long queues. The main problem was there were no seats in lobby area for elderly members of party while we waited. Room number signs poor accessibility. Low contrast and hard to make out room numbers. Limited eateries close by. Food court is 10-15 minutes walking so not great for people with limited mobility.
Very comfortable bed. Good shower. Easy access to casino area.
