I think the service staff in general was abdolutely exceptional. For example, they were extremely caring and even prepared gifts for our child, which made her elated. We had an unforgettable stay and we’ll definitely revisit in the future!

The location is fulfilled with lots of restaurant and shops. The staffs are extremely nice especially the bellboys, they are very helpful when sending us the luggages to the airport bus.

The manager had given a very great service to us. I wanted to buy the yukata for my wife. But it had no stock. He suddenly came out an idea giving my wife a teddy bear with a kimono on it. My wife was very happy n she said,” It’s very cute. Thank you Sir.” I must give Okura hotel Manager 👍👍👍👍👍! You have done very great customer service brother! I’m a marketing too. We had been given a room smell of alcohol (because of Christmas party and I understand) But the helpful porter help us change room and everything is good.

The porter is very friendly, excellent at his job. I definitely give him 10 /10 and he deserves my tips. I will return soon and hope seeing him there to help again. P. S The porter at this hotel is much helpful than galaxy hotel.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Top notch service. Kodus to all filipino staff, especially to Eren, Val, Bombi and Marife. Thank you so much for making our Macao experience more convenient and memorable. The location is just 10 mins walk to The Venetian, The Parisian, and the City of Dreams.

Staff and concierge super helpful. Mr Bernado one of the staff gave us a great brief of what to do with Macau in a short stay and all his recommendations were great. The hotel is kids friendly with many activities and gifts for young children. the location of the hotel is good. across the road near Taipa village - a lot of street food and history (exit via Galaxy hotel)

The staff is so polite, friendly and accommodating that i immediately felt good about everything. The room is beautiful. I truly enjoy the steam and sauna. Sad that i do not have time for the jacuzzi tub. Will sure to return.

We asked for a non smoking room which was confirmed at check in. When we got to our room, there was a strong smoke smell. I realised later when we returned to the room that we were in a smokers room. We were moved to another room around midnight and the staff were helpful but it would have been great if we were allocated the correct room initially as it was tricky to move our family luggage (and sleeping kids) to the new room.

The service was fantastic and the property is incredible.
