Had the best sleep of my trip here, energy was so calming and classy. It was my birthday and staff had a cake and cookies sent up to room. When we left they also arranged a free limo service to send us to the ferry terminal.

The property is well maintained although the decor of the room are abit outdated however we love the stay very much.

The staff were very professional, welcoming and always ready to serve. The hotel communicated with us for arrival transfers, pillow selections and dining reservations even before we arrived in Macau, Everything was thought out to make the us feel comfortable right from the time we arrived at the hotel till the time we leave the hotel. Facilities are excellent and well maintained. We have all praises for this superb hotel and will definitely stay at Four Seasons Macau when we visit Macau the next time. I personally love the pool and the SPA.

Can't complain! Wish we had more holiday time so we could stay another night (we didn't get to use the pool or spa centre).

So many positive things to say about this place, where to begin? Firstly the service was absolutely top notch, staff were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable and accessible. It was my fiance's birthday and they gave some extra goodies to make it even more memorable (Thank you Vanessa!). The room was spacious, elegant, very clean and well kept. The view from our room was amazing, the location puts you in between many of the major highlight hotels. Our bed was also extremely comfortable. I can say for certain this is one of the best hotel experiences you can get. We have definitely paid way more for other hotels in the past for much worse service and rooms, even at so called "premium" and "high end" hotels. If you're unsure if this place is worth booking; don't be, it's worth so much more than the dollar value you pay. Just book well enough in advance.

Gucci at the concierge and Joanne at the reception really took care of all our needs from celebration of family birthday to all the itinerary. The service here is really the best. Breakfast was very good with lots of variety, facility was good and clean, the hotel is a lot quieter than other bigger hotel which I really enjoyed. I would highly recommend four seasons hotel Macau to anyone. Thanks Gucci and Joanne for your exceptional service to make our stay really special♡

The best guest services compared to all the 5 star hotels we stayed in Macau. Their staff are the friendliest and most cheerful ☺️ The free facilities are great especially the spa. I also commend that they provide free snacks and drinks in the spa and in the pool. I had a minor accident and asked for a cold pack. When I called they even offerred me if I want the first aid team to come to my room to check me and asked me if I’m okay. I really appreciate the care.

Pretty much the best hotel stay ever, check in was easy and our room was wonderfull, so clean so well equipted and we had cotai strip view through the window. Easy to get to shpping area and they have great restaurants too in a hotel, my favourite was Ohte ramen. Would love to thank to Jovy Lou from front of house for taking care of me and my husband, she was just amazing and so helpfull.
