The breakfast buffet is very basic. The check in process could be quicker. However, the staff are very smiley & friendly

Nice big room ( got upgraded)!, helpful friendly staff. Checked out late , without notice, with zero complaints ( most appreciated) . Overall it is a perfectly fine hotel priced honestly part of galaxy complex. You get access to the grand resort deck & has several restaurants just in front . It's just more a 4 star than 5 for sure

Breakfast room is small for the size of the hotel and variety of food is lacking. However at the hotel site they do mention that it is a “light breakfast “.

The hotel is not near the casino which makes it a lot calmer. They got me an upgrade to a suite with river view which was enormous! Very comfortable bed. There is a shuttle bus to go to the galaxy hotel or you can get there by a 10 minute walk.

The only thing I don’t like is that they don’t have bidet. I think most of the hotels in Macao and Hong Kong don’t have bidet.

The rooms were clean and spacious. The staffs were very accommodating. They have recommended places to visit in Macao. We will definitely stay in this hotel again when we go back. I highly recommend this place.

A little bit confusion to find your way. The Galaxy is a very large complex and signalling sometimes has gaps.

Everything else - Staff were not very accommodating to our changes. First of all, they were being incredibly difficult with the check in process. We weren't able to let my friend check in first because the booking wasn't under her name -- even though I authorised it. I ended up having to get an extra day off just do we could get our rooms. Second of all, the room was barely cleaned during our 3 nights. We had to call housekeeping to send a cleaner up. Most importantly, THEY CHARGED MY ROOM TWICE. I've already paid via booking.com but they charged my card AGAIN on my check out date.
