The SPA is very nice but it was full of very small kids with families. Not really a relaxing space, much more a covered swimming pool.

There was no complimentary bottle of water, nor an extra garbage basket in the room.

The food was perfect, accompanied by a lovely local live orchestra ! Perfect situation in front of the sea, at a walking distance from the town. One should pay the extra cost for a lake view room.

Smell in rooms on 2nd floor bathrooms (from sewers). No tea/water in Sauna and spa. Dehydration intensifies. No slippers in room. No option to set Room Temperature. Pool water in the Spa was not the cleanest.

Breakfast is ok. Staff is very good, friendly and always helpful! Food in the restaurant (separately ordered) is excellent. You can exchange currency at the reception at a fair rate. They have Live music on Fri, Sat and Sunday. It is very good! (Sometimes 2 live music, 1 at their bar and 1 at their restaurant)

Room with beautiful view of Lake Ohrid. Good SPA with steam room, sauna and Jacuzzi. Excellent buffet breakfast with quality products. Friendly staff. Outdoor parking.

Soundproofing is not that good so you will hear literally everything that is happening in the hallway. Also, there are probably piping issues in the bathrooms and circa every 5 minutes there were loud noises from the bathroom. I think it is time for the hotel to be remodeled/ renovated.

Staff was exceptional and very pleasant. The location is also very attractive, close to literally everything. There is parking slot provided which is great.

When we arrived the receptionist told us to park at a parking that was pretty far away from the hotel, so we had to carry all our suitcases a long way. In the SPA were kids from 1 year old. Some kids were jumping in the jacuzzi and playing around. No one cared about the rules. And there was no one from the hotel to guide and tell you what to do. There were no clean towels and the whole thing was a mess. Very disappointing.

Very comfortable and nice room with a great view at the lake. The breakfast is good with a variety of choices. The receptionist was really helpful and kind. The location is perfect.

To start, not a non-smoker friendly place. Even if the hotel has non-smoking rooms people can still smoke in balconys and inside the hotel, hallways sometimes just reeks of it, especially in the evening. At the restaurant, people can smoke inside so you eat your food with a good puff of second hand smoke even if you are seated away from smoking tables. All my clothes ended up smelly after I left. If you want to eat without smoking, avoid rush hour times. The problem is that smoking is permitted in closed spaces and this is everywhere not just this property. The bathroom in my room smelled like sewage at times, I had to keep the door closed. I was told this is quite normal since the property is by the lake.

The location, the beds and the food at the restaurant are great, prices at the restaurant are reasonable.
