When I arrived I had to wait 15 minutes for a check in cause the guy from reception was having a break.

The personnel at the restaurant was very friendly and tries their best to communicate in english. The meals for half board were maybe simple but tasty and the portions were big.

The beds and the rooms. The beds were very old and unconfortable. The toilet was very old and an appropriate for this kind of a hotel.

In November there aren't too much things to do in the hotel, which was more or less empty. Definitely they need to add more activities for the tourists.

The location and the staff!!! The view you get from the balcony, is unbeatable! And you are right in the middle of the National Park where you can do a lot of hikes. I was happy with the breakfast they provided. The rooms are old, that is not a secret, but they keep it clean, so I was not bothered at all. Good hot shower and a comfortable bed makes it for the rest.

Love the nature and the location of the hotel, steps away from hiking trails. Staff at the hotel was super friendly and professional. Food at the restaurant is delicious. There are working on upgrading rooms and the hotel overall. Truly enjoyed our stay. The air is fresh and clean smells on Molika tree! Would definitely go back to explore Pelister national park further!

Shower was so small, not enough pressure for showering, cold in the room not enough heating, the beds were two separate we had asked for one king bed...

The staff was very polite, helpful with the arrangements and the things we wanted to do.

It is really old and it shows, especially the doors and windows, as well as the furniture and bathroom equipment. The heating is sub par although to be fair the conditions were below freezing. Besides, they provide many extra blankets that do the trick.

Beautiful design externally and on the inside. Outstanding location in the heart of Pelister National Park. The room and the bathroom were clean and there was hot water. Overall, it is worth it, even just for the location. It is a sufficient lodge for a national park visitor that can't wait to hit the slopes or the trails.

The hotel is a true time capsule from the 80thies. The location is amazing, the ski center is right behind the hotel, the ski pass is 300 den for hotel guests and to rent skis will cost you 500 den. Just to ride the ski lift is free for hotel guests. There is free parking. The view from the hotel is amazing, the entire surrounding is just magical. The hotel is spotlessly clean, the rooms are warm, you get free toiletries, towels, extra blankets. The staff is the best, they are fast, very knowledgeable, and ready to fulfill any request even in the middle of the night. My friends complained that the room was cold because they were with a baby, the staff immediately provided extra heating and extra blankets. I forgot my hairdryer and the staff provided me with one free of cost. The restaurant is very nice and the food is fresh, and always served hot. Breakfast is very generous and delicious. My best advice is to book only for breakfast and eat lunch and dinner from the restaurant menu. The prices are affordable for Macedonian standards and you have a huge variety of food. There are a lot of hiking trails if you aren't into skiing, and you can also do mountain biking in summer. Also, there was a live music night where the music was very pleasant.

The bathroom in my room was worn out and in need of renovation. But this didn't detract overly from my stay.

I initially chose this hotel as it is the highest up, and closest to the trails, up Mount Pelister. However it totally exceeded my expectations. I stayed full board. Every meal was outstanding, tasty, and varied over the five days. As I was out walking every day I was also provided with a very substantial packed lunch which always included a large tasty meat portion and many accompaniments. Which was a very welcome surprise to open up every day when half way up a mountain. All of the staff were also very friendly, kind, and welcoming. I was made to feel incredibly welcome and hope that I can return some day.
