You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

GermanyUnfortunately, there weren't many vegetarian offers on the menu. The bathroom windows are faced towards the hallway (but high up so no one can look inside) but it can be a bit noisy at times, you might hear people in the hallway or the rooms next to you. It is a little off-track, but it's well-suited if you need a place as a stop over in Tana.
The staff was super friendly and welcoming - the receptionist spoke English. The view from the rooms was very nice - we had two rooms overlooking the lake. They were neat and tidy, the bathrooms clean. Spacious restaurant downstairs. WiFi was included and working well in the rooms as well as the restaurant.

It is a very quiet location, and the bungalow was the perfect size for my usage. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. The location was very secure and close to the airport.

Excellent staff and service with a smile. Good value for money, we were there to continue our journey the next morning via the route nationale. I liked the garden which was big with lake view.

NetherlandsVery inconvenient was not knowing they only operate with cash - can't use a credit card here! I didn't have any local currency and luckily had some euros and dollars but still fell short. A local friend had to help me pay the balance in local currency.
It served my purposes for needing to be near another location. Room is large and also the bathroom. There was hot water coming from the sink, but not from the bathtub.

The staff was excellent in serving and accommodating our needs. The bungalows were perfect for our short stay. The place was clean, safe, and very quiet.
