Massage Center is in the cellar and does not feel very welcoming. The massage chair had very uncomfortable opening scratching the neck all the time which does not allow to fully relax. Restaurant - waiting times long, attendance low (my plate of finished food was on the table for more than 30 minutes) even tough the place was almost empty. Room - a broken & shabby toilet seat, lizard in the room, otherwise ok 🙃 however, this I don’t expect in a 4* hotel.

The food quality & serving was very good and to be recommended. The same for the quality of lava stone massage, a very good masseuse. Good airport transfer service.

Room needs some maintenance. Several fixtures came loose when used and the toilet continually ran water until my husband fixed the flusher.

From a 4star hotel, should be able to expect even though being in a french speaking country that the menues and postings are in french & english & more staff speaks at least a few words english

The bedding was quite stained…not super appealing. I asked for an additional flat sheet from the housekeeping and was promptly given one to put on top of the fitted sheet. The mattress itself was quite hard.

Good location, kind, helpful staff, convenient airport pickup and transportation options. Large room with lots of light, very nice AC and a nice hot shower with good water pressure. Very sufficient breakfast included and great dinner options from the rooftop restaurant. Room was very clean overall.

A lot of noise from the outside city life during both night and day. No water in the pool, and the spa was very limited. No door to the bathroom.

Perfectly fine hotel. Did the job. People were good at English, and there was really good service. We needed a pharmacy, and the security man was sent with us to show where it was. We didn’t like one of the dishes we got for dinner, the cook noticed when we were done eating. Shortly after our return to the room, the waiter knocked on our door and offered any dish on the menu, free of charge. Many good restaurants close by.

Breakfast advertized as English/irish at best was continental and at each day had to ask for the juice, butter and no jam offered coffee not great. Wine is not really an option available and menu offered very few meal options. Extra charge for airport transfer more than standard taxi charges.

we asked for twin room for our kids (we booked a double room in the first place) and we got an upgrade for free, to a nice twin room. It's a comfortable hotel in the middle of the town. Nice panoramic view. Price - quality very good. Nice food and drinks. Kind staff. Elevator. Easy payment with credit card (Master).

Wifi has been unreliable and made it very difficult to have video calls, so would not recommend this hotel as a remote work location.

Most of the staff was very friendly, especially the room service. Even if they could not speak English, they would try to help as best as they could. The food is decent.

the shower wasn’t draining properly and sometimes it can get noisy into the early hours of the morning because of the night club next door

Is not a 4 stars hotel, is nice but not what they promote. The bed is the hardest mor uncomfortable I’ve ever experienced. The water deposit of the toilet malfunctioned. The walls need painting, and change the curtains. I was on a business virtual call and they started plumbing work hammering the walls right next door!! It was an event during my stay and closed the rooftop restaurant to guest.. Not 4 stars hotel...
