NetherlandsElectricity was a bigger issue in this accommodation than it was in other ones we stayed in. While the property flexes with a big TV and a hairdryer in the room, there was rarely enough electricity to power either during our stay.
Great location (on the main tourist street with all the shops and bars). Fairly modern/western interiors, which was a welcome change after 2 weeks of more local accommodation.

Not a very accommodative and caring place. It's central with a good WiFi connection and the comfortable bed but is long way to go to be a 3 star hotel , even there is no lobby or a sitting area. A row of little worms on the ceiling on the above of the door and the bed. When I booked, I've asked if there is a fridge as I needed to store my medicines and after writing a few times the answer was "yes" but not in the room. In fact, the fridge was a cupboard and not cold and I told the receptionist several times, but no action was taken place, then on the 3rd day, I unplugged the fridge for a few hours and plugged it again and then started working. On numerous occasions I told the staff that the toilet smells so badly, and I've got a headache yet again no action was taken place and they have referred me to the different staff . No room service for 3 days that I've stayed there. I hope I don't receive a reply from the management to say " sorry" because sorry it's not enough and certainly I don't come back to this place.

South KoreaIrregular water supply in bathroom.., water suddenly stops and always have to wait a few minutes before water supply resumes while showering.... Two in one body and shower gel small bottle not replaced regularly unless requested to do so...
Nice location, pleasant staffs.room with AC is very big , clean and cosy..looks almost new. Big kingsize and very comfortable bed.. close to restaurants and Manson night club. Shoprite and Leaderprice supermarkets within walking reach. Fresh tropical fruits sellers in abundance in every nook and corner around hotel. Drug store with european medicines and pharmaceutical products just a few minutes down the lane from hotel..Gym on ground floor with complete sets of equipments...fitness lovers will definitely like it..same day delivery with neat and clean cloth washing and pressing facilities available in house.

KenyaDid not like the room I got when I came back. Place is very popular and suspect their turnover staff aren't trained properly in housekeeping. Room was musty and had. Avery unhealthy amount of cold around the main window sill. They changed my room when I showed the receptionist the pictures. Apologised and said she wasn't aware of the condition or amount of mould in the room. This place is still fairly new so there's some small teething issues. The toilet is a little tight fit and the shower although hot water, is very irregular and not as much of a shower than a sprinkler.
I stayed here twice as had to go to Antsiranana and back again. First time room was very ideal. The location was really good for work travellers. A few restaurants and pubs. There's a fairly busy street downstairs so if on the street side it might be a little noisy at night. Didn't get any breakfast, didn't even know it was an option as there wasn't any mention on check in. The air conditioners are strong and still new.

PolandWe asked for towels but never received them. The window did not close fully and during the stay in both rooms we did not get even single drop of hot water for shower.
Toilet broke down and it was fixed very quickly. Location was very good. Restaurant across the street, Bar a Naka was the saving grace.

Germanytoilet seat is a little squeezed in and the air smells a little mouldy/ not completely fresh, but other than that it was great for only 19€.
close to Restaurants, clean and modern, good water pressure with hot water. had a room safe and felt safe overall. Mattress was also comfy (which cannot be taken for granted in Madagascar).
