The staff was fantastic. Beds were comfortable. Hotel was located next to everything. I highly recommend staying here and visiting the ethnographic museum and the art museum.

Generally, everything was good. Since the apartment is very big I would recommend to have a central switch for the light in the bedroom and next to the entrance (to turn off all the light in the apartment) and also USB port to charge phone.

We received an upgraded apartment which was very spacious, comfortable, clean and nicely decorated. The location was very nice - convenient, central and cozy. We got a free parking on the territory of the hotel. It was quiet at night. WiFi signal was good

For some unknown reason, the checkout process was long. I suspect the credit card machine needs some repair by the way the person at reception was holding the cable.

Great location in the city. Spacious room with kitchenette. Laundry machine was a plus. Restaurant has a good menu with a decent wine selection.

I liked everything. If I had to be picky, I would urge different window coverings to be considered (the curtains did not slide easily or allow for a completely dark room). And the lift was quite tight so a bigger lift would be nice. But really I liked everything. I will be back again.

The staff were friendly and helpful, with good English. The whole place was clean, quiet and calm. The breakfast was decent and you can choose to sit inside or outside. The location is ideal, with everything in walking distance.

Chisinau traffic.. but that's not their fault.. you must factor it in though when planning trips or taxis to the airport. 20 mins easily becomes 50... On the bright side, they will happily organise transport for you. (Cash only though)

One area where we noticed some room for growth is local knowledge. We found that the reception staff could have been better informed about the local attractions and cuisine. For instance, when we asked for recommendations for a traditional Moldovan restaurant, we were directed to a sushi place. While the suggestion was appreciated, we were hoping for something more authentically local, especially considering the array of amazing traditional restaurants nearby(like Taifas, La Placinte, etc.). We believe it would be beneficial for guests if the hotel management could provide more comprehensive training in this area. It would be wonderful if the staff could share more relevant local information and recommendations. This could make a significant difference in enhancing the overall guest experience. Regardless, we enjoyed our stay and are confident that ZENTRUM Hotel will take these points into consideration for continuous improvement.

We loved our stay at ZENTRUM Hotel. The hotel's location is perfect, close to lots of local attractions. This made getting around super easy. The hotel was very clean. Our room was spotless and cleaned every day, which was great. The hotel staff clearly cares about keeping things tidy. Breakfast was delicious with lots of choices and fresh food. It was a great way to start our day. The staff were friendly and helped us whenever we needed anything. They made our stay even better. In short, we had a great time at ZENTRUM Hotel. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others. Looking forward to our next visit.

Great studio nicely furnished and very practically equiped for a family or longer stays. Excellent cuisine and diversified breakfast. Perfect location for city center, yet calm and relaxing ambiance.
