Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

SwitzerlandThe room can get quite chilly despite 20 degrees celcius outside. So, needed to put on some heating but the heating was not very strong. Conference room in the basement similarly was quite cold. Need to improve heating/insulation system.
Room was tastefully decorated and modern. Good size of room and bathroom, very clean. Bed was comfortable and the room I had was very calm and quiet (as per my request). Housekeeping staff are discrete, you do not hear them cleaning up neighbouring rooms. Receptionist was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was quite good, offering local delicacies and some hot/continental breakfast option. There is also a nice garden terrace. The location of the hotel is great, you can walk to the city center (the Triumphal Arch, Cathedral Park) and Valea Morilor Park (Cascade Stairs) within 20-25 minutes.

CyprusI was badly surprised about the breakfast. Restaurant is old and not upgraded, no buffet at breakfast, quite moderate menu and long waiting time for meals. I was waiting pancakes for 40 minutes. It is not good for working day. I would spend maximum 20 minutes for breakfast instead 60 I had in the reality.
Very good renovated hotel with nice service and comfortable rooms. Laundry service is fast and perfect.

I mean its Moldavia but nice and comfortable rooms. City Center in walking distance. Hotel is quiet. rooms are nice, bigger than average and bathrooms already elegant.
