Pretty far from the center. There are a pack of street dogs barking 24/7 beneath the window. On the far side they are right under the window (room 43) and some tied up in a yard, so it was constant noise. Not much the hotel can do about that, but beware. There is some street noise. No washing machine to do laundry. For me, the wifi was the biggest issue. For 4 nights I could not work as I continually got kicked off. The host tried her best to test it but it just never worked more than a few minutes for me. I missed quite a bit of work due to this. It may be location. I ended up sitting in the hall late at night to get off a crucial work project and got a little better signal.

Hosts were lovely, very communicative, to the point of coming to my room late at night to assist with wifi. The 2nd room they moved me to was great, spacious and quieter. Comfortable bed and facilities. Nice staff.

When arriving I stood before a locked gate and was let in by a chance encounter of a passer-by. The code had been transmitted to me through the Booking app, but I discovered this only later (why not use mail or WhatsApp?). Waiting time at the reception was also rather long.

This is a spotlessly clean place (looks new, or newly decorated). The room was large and the bed comfortable. It does not have a restaurant, but there is a decent alternative nearby.

The host is very nice and helpful. We came earlier than the check-in time, they quickly cleaned the room early in the morning and we were able to check in at 9 am. Even though there was not much time to clean the room, it was exceptionally clean and beautiful, thanks for that.

The room was so nice, very clean and cozy. The personal very helpful and polite. I will definitely stay in Villa ACAEM one more time. Approximately 25 min to airport. Strongly recommend.

Everything was perfect! Nice apartment, very clean, easy access, safe parking. The cherry on the cake was Madalina, who was not only super friendly & competent but also helped us in getting on a wine tour at Mileștii Mici despite us having unfortunately been super delayed! (We didn't manage to get a taxi from Villa Acaem to Mileștii Mici on time during rush hour so Madalina called Mileștii Mici and fought for us to delay the whole tour. Also, she helped us with the taxi and stayed in contact with us all the time via phone to make sure everything works out well. Top notch! Thanks so much again!)

Balcony is mentioned in the offer (and was one of the selection criteria for me) but it's a closed balcony, more like an extra small room with windows. Would have liked to have an opened balcony, with a table and some chairs to enjoy my morning coffee or a drink in the evening.

Pretty close to city center, parking space available, stores near by, located on a large boulevard but not very noisy.

The room was well worth the money and also well above our expectations. Everything was room and the room quality was great. Staff was also extremely helpful and even helped us to solve our non-hotel related issue/problem. Strong recommendation for this hotel!

Was very happy with the location. Supermarket next to the residence and very easy to walk to the center. Hotel bed was really lovely and everything was very clean. People put love into this business.

All was excellent

I was met by very polite lady. You can check basically at any time, they are flexible. Building is a brand new with elevator. Everything is very clean and furniture in excellent state. Also bed is very comfortable, you have a bottle of water waiting for you (perfect!!!) and coffee/tea machine. Will return to this location definitely.
